Well the communication was great in the beginning, I had an attorney Named April working on my case, she was very attentive: I didn’t bother her but she always kept me in the loop. The new attorney wasn’t bad but when it was time for me to receive my check his communication was none. I signed papers in Nov of 2024 and here it is 3rd week in January and still no check. I called, no one picked up my calls. I decided to block my number and immediately they picked up. I’m not sure what to think at this point.

In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.

No one ever really wants to have to engage an attorney, but if you need one this team is great.
Hannah Conrardy represented us for an auto accident. We asked lots of questions, weren't sure we really needed representation, or whether try to sort it out ourselves. Very happy we didn't try to.
Hannah very patiently answered all our questions, clearly outlined the whole process, made it clear how an attorney can help, and where they can't.
They helped us get treatment quickly, handled all the documentation requests and negotiated with the insurance companies and medical teams.
Hannah or a staff member quickly responded to all our calls or texts, and made us feel like our case and health was important and they wanted to be helpful.
We are very happy that we engaged an attorney after all, and extremely pleased with Snellings Law and the case resolution.
Hope we don't need this kind of help in the future, but if we do, we will definitely use Snellings Law.

I recently inquired to the Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds regarding the possibility of suing a hospital in Dallas for negligence, resulting in the recent death of my husband.
I specifically spoke to one of the partners, Debra Reynolds. I was impressed by Ms. Reynolds from our very first conversation. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she came highly recommended by a friend as a great medical malpractice attorney. But most of all, I could tell right away how concerned and caring Debra was. She listened to my concerns regarding my husband’s death very intently, and she told me that her law firm would look into my husband’s case to see if there was any negligence on the part of the doctors or hospital who treated my husband, which she surely did. Out of her law firm’s own pocket, they even paid an expert witness, a cardiologist, to review my husband’s medical records.
As it turned out, in their opinion, they did not find sufficient evidence of malpractice by the hospital and doctors concerned. However, the information that I learned from their cardiologist/specialist as to the probable reasons why my husband died was very enlightening to me; and it helped me and my family to accept that my husband was given, at the very least, adequate care, which gave me much peace of mind.
In hindsight, it seems the worst thing the hospital and doctors did was give my husband and I very poor and extremely inadequate information regarding my husband’s health. If they had been more honest and forthright about his condition, we would have been more prepared for the heartbreaking outcome; and my husband would have been able to get his affairs in order before he passed.
Debra kept her promises to me, for which I am extremely grateful. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Reynolds & Reynolds to anyone who thinks that they may have cause to need their services. I will certainly not hesitate to call them if I have any need for their services in the future.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with the team at Hanshaw Kennedy Hafen. I would first like to say, my wife and I have never been in a legal situation in our 30+ years of marriage. Without going into too many details of our case, it was a custody case regarding our newborn grandson that lasted 2+ years. The team at HKH, led by the most professional and caring family attorney we could have every wished for, Alyssa Herrington, literally carried us through this very difficult situation. At times it seemed like this legal matter would never end, and Alyssa and her team advised and counseled my wife and I all the way through to the most ideal outcome we could have ever imagined. Went to the legal team to put together a trust, will and testament. I was apprehensive at first due to what I was needing to create but Mrs. Jones and her team (Lesa Rubin) gave me questionnaires and so forth to make the process super easy. We had some email exchanges and some calls but overall the process was quick and painless. I know that if I need to make any changes all I have to do is ask and will have full support. They gave me all the docs ahead of time in email form so I can review at my leisure. That made the scheduling and appointment to sign super quick and easy. Will I go back to this firm? Heck yeah. In order to help our adult daughter through what would become a long difficult divorce process, our family needed an experienced family law attorney. I hired this attorney and after court I never heard from him again without having to call numerous times, contact his law firm with a complaint, and send several emails. He failed to do half the things he said he was going to do, and did not even get my court order signed by the judge. Neal Prevost and staff is very negligent and unprofessional, I definately would not recommend him to anyone in the future.
