My son entered this with so much fear, because he didn’t know his rights as a father. After some research, I scheduled the consultation, we met with Ms Alishia and I knew immediately that she was my son’s lawyer. Ms Alishia was patient with us, thoroughly explained his rights as a father, answered all of our questions and listened to us vent and express our concerns. She was very informative and always professional, even at times when we became impatient. There was never a day or time that we couldn’t contact and communicate with her, she was always available and gave her undivided attention to the case. My son felt heard!
I am truly grateful to Ms Alishia for her knowledge and expertise and highly recommend her services. In the end my son was granted all of his requests. Through out this process she kept saying “Just stay the course!” I’m so thankful that we did.

Alishia did an amazing job. She came onto my case in the midst of chaos and never made me feel like a burden. She helped me through a family law case that began in December of 2022 until May of 2024. (She came on in October 2023) She was able to find a common ground for an agreement with opposing counsel without having to go through the trouble of a trial all while keeping my best interest at hand . She didn’t just listen to me but she HEARD me.
She is reliable, realistic, and willing to put in the work needed to get the job well done!
If I ever need counsel again she will always be my go to.

The FF&P have been my first choice and recommendation for personal injury.Atttorney Jack Fine and his Legal Assitant , Gabrielle Jenkins and Janice were awesome in their representaion of me after a second accident in four years. They took me through the law and were on point for assistance with all my needs. Large law firms brag about recovery but the client never meets or known them. FF&P is where you can actually speak to someone and get the benefit of talking to an attorney or staff that you see in the commercials.They are kind competent and real fighters for their clients.I highly recommend Attorney Jack Fine and his staff to take care of your needs.They will get the job done.

Mr mercure is the best attorney i ever had he save my life my marriage and my relationship with my kids i had a domestic violence charge i had a misunderstanding with my son i contact mr mercure the first thing he told me after i told him about my case is dont worry he can help me get the case drop i also contact 3 other attorney before mr mercure not one of them ever told me they will try to get the DA to drop the case they all said that i am going to have to do 1 year probation and they want to talk about the fee before i can even come into the office to see them mr mercure invited to his office give a consultation then we spoke about money to me he care more about the getting the client the best result mr mercure told me to follow his advice and he will get the job done he surely did 3 week later he call me at 8pm and told me he got the case drop and another thing he is not one of these 9 to 5 lawyer he was there for me 24 hours a day you can speak to him any time he the best great attorney if you dont believe me try him he will get you result if i could put my email on here i would if any one want to hear more about how great of an attorney he is thanks joe ocala florida

I have known Terry for more decades than I care to admit. He has helped me with great success each time I needed his services. The most important case was an appeal in which he was successful. He has been excellent at finding the precedent needed to make my case and he treats me like I am his most important client (even though I'm not).. I have also received excellent advice when a compromise is needed even though my reflex is not to do that. Between my business and my wife's we have used Terry as our attorney in at least 6 cases and they all had good outcomes. Landon Stinson at Beacon Legal recently helped me navigate a complicated car accident situation I was in. Another driver crashed into me as I was coming out of a parking garage. The other driver's insurance company initially tried to say it was 50/50, and then finalized at 80/20. I was not willing to accept 20% fault for something I didn't do. Landon fought hard for me and got the other insurance company to accept full (100%) liability for the accident. He's smart, honest, extraordinarily compassionate, and cares deeply about justice. Getting in a car accident is terrifying. The thought of dealing with lawyers over it was even more terrifying for me. I hold Mr. Brockway in the highest esteem. I became acquainted with this lawyer years ago while he was trying a capital felony case. Described as one of the 'victims', Mr. Brockway never regarded me as such and looked beyond my experiences treating me with dignity and respect. He never hesitated to take time out of his schedule to answer questions, offer support, advice and in the end, returned to me that sense of self-worth and safety that had long been missing. While the days spent with this lawyer and his team were at times more difficult than the crime itself, I grew from this experience and still continue to glean wisdom and courage from those days. I felt safe in his care. Often he would look at me with concern and ask how I was doing. I would respond by saying I'm 'thinking.' He would then say, "if you are thinking, I need to be thinking that much harder." Even now when I am contemplating something, I do what I call the "Brockway Pace." It's a great way to put things in perspective and burn off nervous energy. The case ended with the outcome we were seeking. However, in events like this there are no winners, not really. If you need someone on your side, Paul Brockway is your best option and will be your fiercest advocate. He was mine, and my life is better for having been under his protection. His skills, talents and concern are greatly appreciated.

Attorney Stephen K Miller took on our case and was able to review our case and aggressive pursue the settlement that we deserved to properly repair the damages done to our second home.
