I retained Ted Naima for legal assistance regarding an auto accident. Since the very first meeting, Ted was direct and honest about the upcoming legal process and expectations. Ted explained the litigation process is great details, collected the necessary documents, and filed the process. Ted continued to press the responded until the proper resolution of the case. Mike is the attorney of choice for us because he stood up for us and saw the closing to the finish line. My family has done several transactions over the decades and this one turned into a disaster with the buyers. Mark is a phenomenal attorney! He handled my son’s complex criminal case like a true professional, a case that could have ended with my son being branded a felon, which would have scarred him for life and ruined his future plans. A few years back Len Sperber handled a lawsuit against our company for a liability claim. The company that handled our insurance found a loophole in our policy and denied insurance for that claim. If you're searching for an attorney, you must consider one's experience, temperament, personality, responsiveness, and legal finesse in dealing with "divorce" especially when children are at stake causing an embattlement the likes of which the movie Kramer vs. Kramer looks like a Disney movie. Tony and I never went to trial, but fully prepared for it up to the day of trial. His responsiveness is uncanny. He does not raise his voice, is not aggressive, but when arguing points, he will back his opponent into a corner with untenable arguments. He responds to emails almost immediately. He knows the law. We dealt with the opposition consistently lying, as did my Ex, about all matters and were prepared to expose the truth at trial. Go for a consult. Its a no brainer to higher such a qualified, personable, and knowledgeable lawyer who is a regular guy. His office staff were also friendly, competent, and compassionate. He will also make you aware of all strategies, and the costs for applying each. After, forensics, law guardians, parenting coordinators, full trial prep, I'm satisfied with the outcome as much as one can be. I was ready to see this through to the very end, and did, with a competent attorney in Tony beside me.

I learned of Mr. Kusnetz services after my divorces was finalized but I wish I had Mr. Kusnetz from day one. I hired Mr.Ford after consulting 10 lawyers prior.He listened to what I wanted out of my divorce and educated me on the process and my rights in this matter. I found that Mr.Ford also was their for support and was able to leave the worrying aside.He filed all the papers and documents on a very timely schedule,court dates and what to expect.Mr.Ford was very professional and his office kept me up to date every step of the way.My case was complicated and other issues were addressed concerning property and maintenance.Mr.Ford called or emailed me with information and he stayed on top of things,which is very important as the court system is backed up so time was very important to me. We are still in process right now, but so far Rich Ford has been there for me, he will always call me back in a timely matter when I leave a message and keeps me updated on everything. My boyfriend and I both used Rich years ago for criminal charges when he was working at a previous firm. We were truly blessed that we had Rich to work our cases. I hired Rich Toscani to handle my fiancé’s case, who happened to have charged in two separate counties. He knew that I was paying for this on my own as my fiancé wasn’t working and was extremely sympathetic to the situation. Mr. Toscani is very professional and knowledgeable, I highly reccomend him to all of my close ones in need of an attorney. I had hired a contactor to do work on my home, and was quoted a fair price. This three day job was then stretched into a 10 day fiasco, with the contractor not showing up for days, and never completing the job.
