BUYER BEWARE:
This law firm was hired to represent me in a evidentiary Hearing. After working and paying them for a month leading up to the hearing, I find out that they never served the opposing council with my case so the day my hearing came we couldn't proceed.
Fast fwd 2 months I get a second date w court to plead my case and they did it again and forgot to file my AFI.
Now I've paid them 15k and my 2 hearings are for nothing. I get upset because they destroyed my case and they acknowledge their errors as they say they ain't charge me for those 2 appearances. BUT THE DAMAGE IS DONE. Now they DROPPED ME because they know they have alot of judicial malpractice to cover up so they sacrificing me and my case to cover their butt's.
I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH.. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Klink and his team provided excellent service. His team was very patient with my incessant questions. Klink Law handled negotiations for me and (thankfully) negotiated a larger settlement that I was expecting.

I was referred to Bellah law by my company.
I met my attorney (Shasta) and her assistant (Bryanda). Shasta and bryanda were really good at communicating and getting my questions and concerns answered.
I had a complicated case with tons of evidence hoping I was not going to overwhelm them. The team did a great job creating my evidentiary binder.
Shasta has plenty of experience and calm under pressure and had represented me through it all.
Accept the final trial had come up…. Bryanda by surprise was representing me , I was a little nervous since she just got her certification to do so but I trusted Shasta in her decision as well as bryanda with the knowledge I know she has from working with her. She did a great job!! Bryanda acted like she’s been experienced and comfortable. Thank you again :)

I went to this lawyer to seek advice for a divorce from my abusive husband who threatened to kill me if I tried to divorce him. I have audio recordings of him being violent aggressive and threatening my well-being. I explained this is the reason I am afraid to file for divorce and would need a civil order of protection before I could file. I have years of evidence of abuse and Bellah told me it doesn’t matter if my husband beat me and threatened me a year ago, a judge will ask what is he doing right now that puts your life in imminent physical danger ? I excused myself after 15 min. Silly me. I should have waited till he actually kills me before seeking an order of protection.
