Great law firm Bob is a great lawyer. If you get injured I defitenly recommend this firm. Don't settle for what the insurance or a company wants to offer you. It might take some time but Bob janssen and his fellow colleagues will work to get a much more fair settlement. Bob advised me to wait and be sure I was recovered as fully as possible. I have permant complications from a surgery and he wanted to make sure I did not need another surgery or other medical care in the next year. So he told me he wanted to wait. This really showed me he cares about you as a person. Bob is a very smart and empathetic person he will do what is best for you and your case.

After a rear end accident I was hounded a couple times a week from the other insurance company to settle. I said my car is in the shop and was for over 2 months and I am in so much pain and going to a chiropractor and a physical therapist weekly and until all this is fixed I will not settle. Nothing I said deterred them from continuing to hound me to settle. I felt intimidated by them and they had me worried so I knew I needed an attorney. I called Habush Habush and Rottier because they had a great reputation. I got in that week for an appointment to see if they would take my case. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Ed Vopal an attorney at the firm. He was a very mild mannered person who was very caring calming in his questioning of me about the accident and that is exactly what I needed. I left our first meeting feeling safe and secure knowing I was going taken care of.
Ed worked very hard on my case and had a huge binder of paperwork involving the accident. He was wonderful on his preparing me for a deposition with the attorneys from the other insurance company and kept me calm in my answers. I could go on and on about Ed but all his office staff was just as wonder always so warm and friendly in their calls to me or when I was in the office. They are a great team. I will forever be grateful to Ed and his staff for all they did and the settlement I received and would highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for a great attorney to represent them.

I filed for disability. I wasn’t educated at the time of filing that I would qualify and from the horror
stories of others having spent years filing and being denied, I decided to sign a contract with Shari Lynn. She seems nice enough, but what kind of person will take $3,600 of a disabled person’s backpay after having only answered a few questions for me that were answered in under an hour, and1 phone call to inform me I was approved? I called to see if she was willing to work out a compromise because obviously that amount is excessive for having done almost nothing, but was informed she doesn’t make the rules. Please wait until you are denied disability before signing a contract! These attorneys willingly take your money for having done literally NOTHING. YOU have to do all the paperwork yourself, which is extensive. Take copies of EVERYTHING you send and send it in a timely manner. That information cost me $3,600. Don’t let it happen to you.

Christopher was sincere and treated me like a human being. He was at every court hearing and met with me whenever I needed. I was lucky to find PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST and they raised my credit from 580 to 801. Also, my parents have no established credit reporting. They went bankrupt like 15 years back. The only good thing I can say is that he was good at keeping us informed regarding my worker's compensation case. After the case closed in March 2013, it was really hard to get in contact with him. He has been avoiding our phone calls (which we even diverted to calling his old law firm for help since he was with them while working on my case). I just needed to have him send in the necessary paper works regarding my work comp agreement to re-process the unpaid claims through my insurance company before they refuse to pay (the claims not covered under the worker's compensation agreement). It's now been on-going for the last 6 months that I still cannot get him to send in the necessary documents, so to me his action as a lawyer is the type of lawyer who just wants to get paid and not help you after he gets paid.

Tom promised me I would get sole custody. Tom promised me he would ruin my wife. Tom promised me he would find my wife crazy or drive her there. Tom promised me I would walk away with everything! Tom promised me I would get child support. Tom promised me he would make my wife pay for leaving me. That is how he talked me into signing a retainer. He fought and fought. After he took my life savings 70 grand, he settled for nothing. I don't even know how I am going to live now. He needs to stop making promises he can't keep.
