Mrs. Brianne Van Apeldoorn and Misty Waldroup were my lawyer and paralegal. Right from the initial consultation Mrs. Vans Apledoorn explained exactly how she would recommend going about my case and executed it wonderfully when that time finally came. Misty was very quick with responses and continued to keep me up to date with everything and helped me understand what everything meant if needed.
During pre trial she explained things very well and went over everything to get a feel of how the court proceedings will go. She is very friendly and welcoming.
During trial she objected, questioned, and requested with reasoning things being dismissed before even having the chance to be heard. She was prepared for the long and treacherous day which turned into a shorter than expected day due to her attentiveness and organization. She was able to get our motion granted without needing my witnesses to testify.
It was expensive but for the outcome she delivered it was all worth it. For any family custody matters, I will be returning to her and will absolutely recommend her for any family law issues.

Mr. Davenport does a good job of walking you through the process and making you realize that it's not the end of the world. However, it's not a quick process and a lot of it involves relying on an expected outcome by the judge. So, with this in mind, he will continue your case until he gets it in front of the right judge. With me, this process lasted over a year. During this time, I attended counseling and dealt with the loss of a close family member. Eventually, my case went to trial and I was found guilty. So, in hindsight, Mr. Davenport bought me some time to take care of my personal business and negotiated a guilty plea to the least offensive level; I'm grateful for this. One thing you have to consider: They (the prosecution, the defense, the judge, etc.) all know each other and they're not going to do anything to jeopardize a good working relationship. What does this mean for you? If you're guilty, you're not getting completely out of it.

I wanted to share my experience with Dixon Law Group in case anyone is looking for legal assistance, specifically with Probate issues. I contacted them in late October 2024 because I needed an attorney to help guide me through probate for my father's small estate after he passed without a will. After talking with the paralegal, I felt relieved that I had found someone knowledgeable and responsive that would help with this confusing legal matter. I agreed to use them for my issue. I should add that I'm not local so having an attorney in the area was a relief. I provided all the information requested and was told that I would have a "package" emailed to me that week. Over the next 2 months, I contacted the paralegal multiple times through email and phone to ask about the progress. I was always told that "I was just about to send you an email". Unfortunately, those emails were never sent or arrived. Their office wasted over 2 months of my time and added to my already high level of stress regarding what to do. I finally called them in early January 2025 to let them know that I would find someone else to help me. Their response was indifferent, which is what I expected, and their unprofessionalism was not addressed. I'm not sure if this is how they treat all their clients, but I was extremely disappointed.

I am a client of Hardison and Cochran my attorney name is J. Adam Bridewell I have been a client for2.5years and he is a partner in the firm I have talked to Benjamin T Cochran and J. Jackson Hardison and they all are Partners in the firm about Adam Performance on my case and they all had a bad attitude when I talked to them about Adam lack of performance on my case I am not happy at all now I have call for about two weeks no return phone calls and I called Seresa his parolege for two weeks and still no return call I have not had a workman comp check in 15 months and I had not gotten my mileage the last time I talked to my attorney he told me he had filed for my mileage but he lied I call the insurance company my self and they said it has not been filed. then she said I made a mistake by telling you anything I thought you didn't have a attorney. I can't tell you anything but call your Lawyer I told my attorney .I am still in pain. I need to go back to the doctor but he will not talk to the insurance compan to get my preatherestion to see my doctor now I have a lot more to say about Hardison and Cochran but I will keep you posted on my progress with this form.

If you are considering seeking legal representation from attorney Mr. Dupree, please be extremely cautious. He has a history of inappropriate physical contact and sending sexually explicit messages to female clients. I personally experienced this behavior on four separate occasions while in his office. During my final visit, I felt compelled to bring my adult son for protection, as Mr. Dupree had previously touched me inappropriately as I was leaving his office.
Mr. Dupree took advantage of my vulnerability and desperate need for legal assistance. He knew I had limited options and used that to his advantage. After the fourth incident, I terminated his services. No amount of compensation could justify the continued abuse I was subjected to. He finally returned my fees after I publicly exposed his behavior on my Facebook page, "End Corruption in Harnett County."
I have sent Mr. Dupree a demand before filing a civil suit. I refuse to allow him to victimize other women. If you have also been a victim of Mr. Dupree's misconduct, please reach out to me. You are not alone, one other has come forward, we must hold him accountable.
The NC Bar has failed to take action, so I am taking matters into my own hands so he will think about his egregious behavior before he decides to inappropriately touch another client for his disturbing pleasure.
