Patricia provided sound recommendations on tenant rights when an unruly landlord tried to terminate our lease in the middle of Covid. It is hard to believe that someone would try to do such an unscrupulous thing, but he decided to sell the home in the middle of our lease. Patricia helped guide us throughout the ordeal by protecting our rights, avoiding a law suit and allowed us to leave at the end of the lease. I had an issue with my landlord and did not know what to and what my rights were. So I called MS. Tunage and left a message. I did not know her and she did know me, so I didn't expect a call back. I was wrong she contacted me and told me how the law works. Not many lawyers would have helped unless I paid a fee for a consultation. If I ever need a lawyer, I would for sure call.Thank

I wish I had found Patricia Turnage right after my auto accident in 2011, my case was being represented by another attorney that I found on the web that happen to be a non local firm which made it very difficult to communicate.
Having found Patricia in the middle of my case she was very knowledgeable and helped me to find out
What was going on.
She has to to be the most patient attorney and resourceful individual I have ever met.
She took the liberty to give my case a second look for a fee of "TLC".
Usually most attorneys are impatient, untruthful and place themselves above others but not Patricia, she is the perfect example of the way a good council should represent you.
I was able to get more money in my case thanks to this woman she was the only one who cared and provided, knowledge and experience to give me the answers I needed.

Karla and Tony were awesome. I interviewed a few lawyers and they were much nicer. They answer the phone from early morning til 6 or 7 at night. You really need that availability when you're going through a scary bankruptcy. I had a hundred questions and they patiently explained everything. The office is a little sad looking though.
