Sam was one of 2 lawyers recomended by my chiropracter, he was unable to take on my case at that time because his caseload was full. The other lawyer turned out to be less than satifactory. I had another lawyer from another chiropracter at first...who did nothing also. I contacted Sam again after 2 years and he took my case (YAY).
Insurance was offering 1/3 of the cost of my medical bills, Sam and his team mediated 3 times the amount of my medical bills. He will be up front about what you can expect and they WILL fight for you!

Jerry is one of a kind. I've worked with him and Michele over the years on various matters and it's a relationship that I value a lot. Jerry is tough (He's a Marine), experienced/knowledgeable, and he can communicate in layman's terms extremely well - which probably comes easy for him because he really does care about helping his clients.
Jerry helped me with a boat insurance bad faith issue where my insurance company started bullying me, refusing to investigate my claim and fix my boat over the course of many months. I hired Jerry, and within a few weeks, the insurance company performed a full investigation and paid out on the claim.
I highly recommend Jerry and his firm.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in the 90s after a truck cut me off in traffic. I contacted The Pearson Law Firm and Jerry and his staff were immediately helpful. It was bad enough being injured, but Jerry immediately took the stress of handling my own claim off of me so I could focus on getting healthy.

I hired Craig Elkins for a very difficult parenting plan modification case. He has been right by my side every step of the way. I had some problems with my exhusband involving my oldest daughter over the weekend and Craig never left my side. He never took more than 5 minutes to get back to me even though it was a Saturday. My case involves severe parental alienation. It has been very emotional and trying for myself and my children. Craig has been compassionate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about the law and my rights as a parent. I contacted Craig Elkins and asked him if he would help me to prepare a letter for my clients; a young couple with a baby on the way and a toddler that were in a sick, mold infested apartment.
