I was injured in a wreck several years ago. I wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. My mother told me to talk with Ken Guin. He had successfully represented her in a Social Security case. I was still hurting from the wreck. Ken told me my job was to get well as possible and his job was to look out for my legal rights. Fair Resolution Focused - this seems obvious, right? It's not. Bob is a unique attorney in that he looks at both sides and attempts to find a sustainable resolution. Paid cash for a service to the paralegal in 2017 rite after i was awarded with my disability for neurological issues and ptsd, They forgot I was disabled years later, didn't attempt to contact me during this four year period and have told me through email I would be contacted but it never happened.
