My son and I were in an auto accident July 2023. I reached out to several firms before I came across Foster Wallace online. After reading many reviews from other clients I knew this was the right firm to go with. Michael Foster was very caring, professional and responsive from beginning to end. He always made time to check in with us or answer any questions that we had. All of my text and emails were always answered almost immediately and if he wasn’t available, he’d set a time to be available to answer any questions. He even stopped by my office just to check in. It meant a lot that he would take the time out just to stop in. The entire team was very helpful and professional. This was my first auto accident and didn’t really know what to expect, but I had full confidence that Michael would get the best result for my son and I. Which left me worry free. He did not fail! We are from Texas. While visiting KC my husband received a speeding ticket and missed the deadline to plead or pay. Called Mr Kane’s office and he had it dismissed in less than 24hours without my husband having to make a trip for court. Price was very reasonable as well! 10/10 highly recommended!

If you are in an accident, give Jared a call right away. We called him the day after our accident and he handled all further communication with the insurance companies. This man did nothing for me than merely dot the "I's" n cross the "T's" he was in the pocket of the opposition. He did not give me a monthly statement or any kind of tally of my money that he was supposedly doing anykind of work for me that would justify it. I would not recommend this so called attorney to anyone. This man can't not get past his arrogant and self-seated personality. At the end when he asked me for more money out of nowhere n I stated that before I just handed him more money that I needed a game plan n he refused n when I demanded one he just wouldn't give me one he just wanted my money for doing absolutely nothing... He is the worst attorney that I ever hired for anything......
