Until meeting Will Adams, I completely abhorred lawyers---even to the extent of avoiding them socially. Unfortunately, a woman on her cell phone made me seek out a PI injury attorney. A referral led me to Will even though I thought Katy a bit far from my home. It is the best referral I have ever been given resulting in one of the best and most successful professional relationships and outcome I have ever encountered. My experience with Will Adams and the whole team at The Adams Law Firm was absolutely fantastic! I was injured in a major car accident and required surgery and several months of physical therapy to recover from my injuries. The whole process of dealing with insurance companies after an accident can be very overwhelming, especially to a person who has no reference for how to handle this situation. Mr. Adams and his team made this process as painless as possible for me and reassured me at every turn that he and his team were doing everything they could to make sure I got everything I deserved. Mr. McDaniel was an excellent choice to handle my daughter’s speeding ticket. The situation was overwhelming (multiple violations plus no proof of insurance). Mr. McDaniel was highly engaged with us throughout the entire process. He showed a willingness to have every detail taken care of, sharing information with us along the way. He went out of his way to have conversations with the prosecutor, the judge and even the court clerks. He made sure we were informed and making the right choices to result in the best possible outcome. Even after the fact he confirmed with the court that the case was truly dismissed, and emailed the proof to us, saving us another trip down to the courthouse. Scott Callahan represented my daughter in a personal injury action against the driver who hit her car and the relevant insurance companies. Scott and his legal assistant did a good job of keeping the client informed, explaining the law in layman terms, prepping my daughter for depositions, and handling the case in general. Overall, the firm was very pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the settlements Scott negotiated with the insurance companies and his efforts to control litigation costs to maximize the recovery for his client. The case took 3 years to settle but I believe the insurance companies caused the delay in hopes that my daughter would settle for less. I would highly recommend Scott Callahan for your personal injury legal needs.

Very absurd experience, called them after a car accident because they have good reviews. They want to collect all the information just to ‘make a decided on if they will take our case or not’, they want everyone’s name, birthday, SSN, address, phone number, where we work, how much we make, our health insurance, criminal records etc. we had our whole family seating in the car during the accident, and they need the information of each one of us, just to ‘let the attorney review if they would take our case or not’.
After I spent almost 40 minutes on the call just to provide all our family’s personal information and not still not done, I doubted myself if it’s a good idea to go with them, because apparently their attorneys cannot decide if they will take our case or not if they don’t know where we work and how much we make.

Keith is handling my mother's estate and has prolonged it over 8 years making the grieving process that much harder. The probate case is STILL open, and all though I am an heir and named beneficiary in the will, he REFUSES to release my funds to me. I am owed close to $25,000 and Keith has taken more than $10,000 for his "services" or lack there of. He has been condescending and out right rude to me through out the process. I have a disability and he has only taken advantage of that. Stay away from this law firm at all costs!!
