Steve Angles' was recommended to me by one of the doctors I was seeing for treatment after I was struck by a car and received a serious blow to the head. From our first moment sitting together his experience and depth of knowledge of brain injuries was obvious and he was able to aid me both in my medical recovery direction and legal assessment and follow-up. Both insights were beneficial to me in the short and long run. The financial settlement came in at 100% from the driver who struck me personal insurance company. In my profession (Police Detective Seattle Police) its sometimes hard to find legal advice that you can really trust. I did not hire John as he was able to assist me without retaining him. He spent a few hours on the phone with me which he did not have to do, and was able to coach me through the problem I was having. He went above anything I expected and yet wont let me buy him a beer. John, while you aren't my lawyer you have truly done a service to me that I am very thankful for. For you to consult with me the many times you did, at no cost I'm grateful.

John and his staff were great! They settled my case with more money than I had hoped for. My case was difficult to begin with since it was at a four way intersection and I was t-boned. John Greaney is a phenomenal attorney with years of experience and he's dedicated to do the absolute best for his clients. He's extremely intelligent and will fight tooth and nail for you, probably the best attorney I know and I work in this field. Insurance companies are no match for him to deal with. Highly recommend!

My hope is that no one would ever need an attorney but if you are in a position that you need one, Bill is by far one of the best. I have had to hire over 5 lawyers in the last 20 years( fortunately not for defense) my experience with Bill was because of a not at fault auto accident involving a dump truck that I tried to negotiate myself. after months of getting the run around I hired Bill Levinson and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I recently sold my house and the buyer recommended that we have Julie Christenson act as escrow agent. I must admit that I had a bit of trepidation at first about accepting a buyer recommended attorney. However, Julie has done a truly excellent job for me as seller and I believe for the buyer as well. An unexpected complication arose during my home sale; there was an unknown 29 year old lien against my property by a credit union that no longer existed under its original name. Julie helped discover their present identity and the lien was quickly released. I needed a one week 'delayed possession' beyond the closing date to finish clearing my personal property. For this there was a $5000 holdback. After that week I was out and Julie saw to it that the holdback money was returned very expeditiously. Julie is on the ball and one could not ask for a more diligent and, above all, effective professional.

Mr. Carpenter handled my personal injury claim. I was rear ended by a truck (semi) when driving on the freeway. The the driver's insurance denied the liability for my case. With no witnesses or none to help me prove that it was the truck driver's fault Mr. Carpenter fought to defend me. He was able to get enough for my medical bills, car, and for all the stress the I was caused. I am very happy with his services, unlike other attorneys he notified me every step of the way. I had a few legal questions I needed answered, so I contacted Zachary Herschensohn of Herschensohn Law. Mr. Herschensohn was easy to talk to about sensitive issues and didn't try to sell me on services or representation. If he couldn't answer a question right away, it was because he needed more information before he could give me an accurate answer.
I found Mr. Herschensohn to be thoughtful, calm, and warm. He explained his areas of expertise and explained how important it is to him to excel in his performance and practice of the law.

“I was confident about hiring him at the beginning because of the positive reviews. None of these were my experience. A car accident is already a stressful time, save yourself more stress by not calling this “lawyer.” I gave him my information and he made me feel confident at the beginning. Didn’t hear anything for 33 days. Asked for an update and he said he would call me that evening. Didn’t hear anything even after reaching out to follow up. When he did call, 7 days later, he did not know any of my case details and seemed confused about the whole thing. He then put on a “show” about calling the insurance agency with me on the line. He said that the insurance was not sending information to him. After 10 days of no information I reached out and asked for an update and if I should call my insurance to see why they weren’t doing their jobs either. He said he would call me that day. He did not. Asked the next day (Friday) to follow up. He did not call. Followed up on Monday about speaking. He didn’t respond. Finally I had enough and after speaking to a qualified lawyer, I was instructed to fire him, which I Happily did. He was unprofessional and did not come close to making me feel like he was fighting for my interests. His Paralegal Amanda Evans was wonderful, helpful, and prompt. I made sure to send any and all documentation when requested and she seemed on top of it. 10/10. Unlike Javier Khan. 0/10, would not suggest.”

I got pulled over for speeding and all of a sudden the police were asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions. Then they told me that I had a warrant for theft, and went in the car and took my weapon. The cops too me to jail and wrote me up on 2 traffic tickets and 2 felonies. John got in touch though because I still had my cell phone and I was able to get out in 1 hour. Then he followed up in court and had everything dismissed..as for speeding, he got it reduced to "Inattentive Driving". I couldnt be more lucky or have a better attorney. !

John is an exceptional lawyer. My wife and I hire him in a personal injury case. He did the preliminary work on the case. The law firm that he was working at reassigned the case to a different lawyer and then set of lawyers who were not diligent. After the judgement, John was kind enough to review the decision. He was very professional in his comments and provide some very helpful advice non gratis. It was unfortunate that we did not have him as our lawyer through the whole process. I believe that the decision would have turned out differently.

I’ll start with the Pros:
1. He sounds confident.
2. He did work with me on payment and costs.
Cons:
1. He did not file my sister’s declaration after she emailed it to both of us and he said he would multiple times.
2. He is difficult to get ahold of at times. I have multiple unreturned emails.
3. His para filed something that was not to be filed and was private.
4. He filed for my attorney costs to be paid by my ex but he failed to bring it up on 2 occasions with the commissioner to actually be heard and ruled on.
5. He made blatant false statements in hearings. Likely from his lack of preparation.
6. He presented that my kids were in swim lessons and something else…not even true. He did not present the facts.
7. He didn’t have a game plan. He kept asking me what he should say. This was odd.
I paid him $5K and I didn’t get much in return.
He withdrew from my case before the custody trial because I ran out of money. I would have fired him anyway.

Mr. Floyd helped me with a third party custody dispute regarding my grandson and his parents, who are drug addicts and felons. I felt listened to about my concerns for my grandson, and he really understood what was at stake and how important it is for my grandson to continue living in my home and not be returned to his parents. Contacted the receptionist multiple times her name is Martha and was never contacted back. Was very patient to wait and see if anyone was going to get back but never did. I know it’s not you guys fault that life happens and people go through things but please don’t look or treat people any differently!!! That’s just not right ! All you had to do was contact us back but never did just until it is time to go before the judge then they have that time but there is not much time to discuss anything. I have questions right now so that I am prepared before the judge. It’s just ridiculous! I wish someone to just get back to me !!!!
