About a year and a half ago, I was hit by a car, as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. A family member encouraged me to reach out to a personal injury attorney to get repercussions since I was not at fault. The recovery process has been incredibly difficult, but it's been much easier since working with Joe Rome and the team. I appreciate how quick Joe is to respond. I also really appreciate, that he has been informative and empathetic throughout our time working together.

I have used Steve's firm on 3 different personal injury claims for 3 separate auto accidents. Steve and his team are extremely professional and compassionate. In particular Heather Doss and Tracey Smith went above and beyond to negotiate with insurance companies and health insurance providers to achieve the best possible outcome for my cases. I had a significant accident and needed help. The insurance company I had to deal with wouldn't budge and wanted to undercut me. Neil was there for me every step of the way, clearly explained to me every thing that would happen and what needed to be done. The legal results ended up being better than expected, and if I or anyone else ended up going through a similar ordeal again, I would recommend Neil be the first person they call.

Joe is very professional, and always kept me updated. Joe was also great at covering all options that's on the table. He is definitely one of the best attorneys out there and someone I would highly recommend without hesitation. Unfortunately I've been involved in a couple of accidents recently, and Joe has done a phenomenal job both times he's represented me. I've been driving for over 30 years and over the years have worked with other attorneys before and I can confidently say that Joe is the best when it comes to experience, communication, feedback, knowledge, outcome and it's pretty clear that he really cares about his clients. Even though it's an unfortunate event to ever be involved in an accident but I feel very fortunate, and lucky that I got Joe on my side. He's definitely my go to guy for life.

While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.

I've dealt with other attorneys with my previous auto accident cases and my experience with attorney Ed Harper has been absolutely great. Previously, dealt with attorneys who's best interests were to claim what they can and get their cut and not much of sincere concern when it comes to client. Also when the case is not big enough, they would simply close the case rapidly without much concerns of client's well-being. Attorney Harper was not one of them. Him and his team guided me with care and advised based on client's interest. I am glad that I've resolved my case with attorney Harper and his team.

Me and my daughter were in a car accident and I suffered with lots of pain and was looking for an attorney for pain and suffering case. I was referred to Jeremy by a friend and I am so glad she did. Jeremy Bartels was wonderful to work with. I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and needed an attorney to handle the settlement after years of physical therapy for my injuries. Once Jeremy took over my case, things progressed successfully with his diligence and attention to me as a client and to the case itself. Even when things were not progressing due to waiting on responses from medical providers or the at fault driver’s insurance company, Jeremy kept me informed on what was happening. His communication at every step was amazing and one of the reasons I felt I could trust his work on my case. The case was settled, and the outcome was, monetarily, more than I had hoped for. Dan handled a personal injury case involving my father. I can't recommend Dan more highly, he was very professional and so patient with my 86 year old father, which led to a favorable settlement. James helped me through a very difficult time in my life from Feb. 2018 and into early 2021. I was involved in a serious accident that hampered my ability to provide opportunities my then high school golfer who graduated in 2019 and thankfully has been able to move into the college golf world.
Throughout our time working together James assured me everything was okay. I had to trust him that the right decisions would be made and the right course of action was taken during those three years. Not just for me, but mostly for my son.

A friend recommended Scott who was handling her accident claim after expressing my frustrations to her. We also had a accident and were suffering from so much pain but the insurance wouldn't help us and we didn't know where to turn. From the first time we met with him he was amazing. He told us even if we didn't hire him he still wanted us to get us in contact with Doctors that were specific to our needed care. We felt like we were talking to a dear friend every time we spoke. He helped my family not only get the medical attention we needed but walked us thru all the processes. We felt like Scott and his firm were in our corner and took so much of the stress of the financial situation off our shoulders. I really feel that if we never called him we would have been suffering our whole lives with pain and financial hardship. Mr. Scott Bowen was recommended to us through a friend’s business lawyer. Upon reaching out, Scott got right back to us and consulted us on what was to come. This was a higher profile case than the average accident. He was sensitive to my partners situation. I think they are a scam. My brother Ricky filled his divorce forms in April 2024. Here he is now filling out more paperwork. He’s gets emails to correct the divorce forms before proceeding with the closing of his divorce from being separated from his ex-wife. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is false advertising and they aren’t really trying to help their clients. It’s all about money.
