I cannot do justice to Craig and his staff in the limited space available. I have known Craig for 35 years. He has represented my wife and I in 2 separate instances over the years. In my circumstance, communication was very important and challenging. Due to a head injury, my wife suffers short-term memory issues. My dad's employer refused to provide his insurance benefits. I contacted Robert and he helped him through the process. We highly recommend using Darrell Damschen as he fought, and won, a dispute for us over improperly installed siding on our home. My wife and I hired Mr. Damschen to defend us against a complicated lawsuit filed against us by a reckless and negligent hardwood flooring contractor. Mr. Damschen initially provided us with free phone consultations and then we hired him to represent us.
Mr. Damschen is personable, cordial and easy to speak with as he does well to translate legal jargon into common English. He was always well prepared and did considerable research to stay on top of the case.
He was successful in getting a number of claims against us withdrawn or dismissed and ultimately put us in a good situation to address the true matter at hand which was complicated by the contractor's frivolous claims.
In the end Mr. Damschen was able to get us in a position to make a very reasonable settlement offer to avoid further legal costs.
We would highly recommend Mr. Damschen to anyone who is dealing with a construction defect or a contract dispute.

Darrell did an exceptional job of determining all that would be required and making contacts with all necessary players. He kept several of our people in the loop not just me. He guided the proper funds resources needed for the bidding process. He acted as our representative in the bidding process at the county office. He made sure all of the necessary paperwork was filed with the county. He checked to be sure that the transaction became finalized after the necessary waiting period. He secured the information needed to gain access to the property after the transaction was final. Everything that Darrell did was outstanding and clear and with the necessary detail. Bastion was fantastic! I was in a car accident in April of 2015 and couldn't get any help from the Insurance companies. I reached out to Bastion in 2016 after spending over $20,000 of my own money for medical treatments. I am self employed and do not have medical insurance. Bastion went through my case and I hired him. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that all of my medical care was first priority. He set me up with Injury Finance who paid for all of my medical expenses and made sure that I had the proper care. I was in need of 2 back surgeries which was all taken care of while Bastion continued to work my case. I was wrongfully accused of a crime while other lawyers told me to take a plea I went to Leonard and he took the case to trial. Although the county had several witnesses against me , Leonard was able to get to the truth and I was found not guilty. Leonard's work on the case saved me and my family.

I thought it was pretty unprofessional when I was called back by someone in the office (paralegal?) to demand my business after telling them I was more comfortable with another attorney. Is it your company's policy to berate potential clients and attempt to bully them into working with your firm? This attitude may have worked decades ago but it shows how out of touch your law office is with the times. Typical ambulance chaser behavior.

I would give this attorney ZERO stars, but that is impossible. I hired Mr. Baca to represent me in my criminal case. He claims his flat fee is warranted because he is to do the same about of work if the case goes to trial or if a plea is accepted. He advised me to plea. I should of seen that coming. He spent about 10 mins in court with me. He must of spent 30 mins total on my case, and most of that was him notifying the court of his entry of appearance. He never contacted me about my case. I was in jail, and he never spoke with me. He did not review the discovery with me and he did not even formulate a defensive for me. He sure kept that flat fee he charged and he did nothing for me. Nothing. He has not taking a case to trail in over 6 years. . A public defender would serve you better. Save your money. He demonstrated limit knowledge of the law and even less knowledge of court room procedures.

I want to think Nathaniel for the work he did for my brother. My brother was fetching a life sentence in Arapaho. The case ended up taking a couple of years. Nathaniel kept fighting the whole time.
