I honestly had no idea how to go about this process. Georgelis made everything so easy. I was a client after a dog attacked my dog and I. The overall quality of service was great. I was very far out of my element as far as what I could even do. But the staff was incredibly helpful and very compassionate. They understood how much I care about my dog and how painful it was to see him hurt and suffering. They worked hard with the insurance company and kept us updated on how things were going. They returned with a settlement that was fair and would cover medical and vet bills. I sometimes felt overwhelmed by everything but never like I was fighting alone. I would highly recommend their service.

My name is Jeri. I recently had to stop working because of ongoing medical issues and a surgery. I applied to have my disability reinstated back in February this year. It was one headache after another. I went to the congressman office in my town, they even made things difficult. I did think about getting a lawyer and didn’t. The final straw was when I called Social Security and they actually hung up on me! That same day I reached out to the law office of Marzzacco Niven & Associates. They did not hesitate. They were very kind and understanding. After the phone call I received some papers to sign and they went to work. It wasn’t even a full two weeks that passed. I decided one day to check my bank and there it was my payment! Also that same day I received a letter from the congressman’s office confirming. I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.
From my first meeting with Randall, he was professional, courteous, honest about the circumstances & legalities of my case, and treated me with dignity and respect. He took my case because he saw the harm done to me, even if it was not millions of dollars' worth of damages.

Jeff is truly a Lawyer that you should and will be honored to have on your case. After numerous tries to have a Lawyer listen to my case I gave up. But one day I got a call from Atlee Hall and it was Jeff and his paralegal that was on the other line to listen to me because my mother had reached out and told my story. I was referred to Mike McDonald, and cannot say enough about him and his team. Mike's experience and passion for his clients needs shows thru as soon as you meet him. In this case, I had a back injury from an auto accident. The defendant's insurance company wasn't accepting full responsibility for the situation. Despite 4 years of all this back and forth, Mike stayed very professional, kept me informed, and what helped the most, he kept my head in the game when I was ready to quit, just due to frustration at the situation. After a near 6 year fight trying to achieve a disability adjudication hearing, without success, I turned to Melissa. She was thorough in her initial intake, she maintained/endured constant communication and I do mean constant communications from myself to her office and responded every time. Not once did she ask me to please stop. I was appreciative of her understanding, compassion, desire to "get this one done".
While the outcome was not a slam dunk victory and fell well short of overall expectations, she still achieved a favorable decision from the judge. I would have appreciated the considerations that Melissa had provided me, from the adjudication process of the administration itself. The system is flawed. It needs repaired. Never the less Melissa receives the 3-C's award from me....... I have a personal journey to undergo from here. It won't be easy, but I am positive if I have any questions MY attorney will respond...

I first met Mark back in 2017, after being misdiagnosed with Gleason 10 Prostate Cancer. Mark knew from the start that it would be an interesting case but was willing to take it on. Talk about an interesting case, throw in a Pandemic! Needless to say, things were cancelled, delayed, you name it! Mark always kept me abreast of how things were going through his Paralegal Sandy Shaub. Sandy could not have been more helpful and understanding, when dealing with information during the extended time period. Finally in October of 2024 Mark was able to secure a trial date and time via zoom. The trial went very well, and Mark was able to secure an amount that was 2 and a half times more than what the defendant was willing to pay. Lancaster Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service recommended Matt for his knowledge of FMLA and ADA. He actively listened to quite a bit of background regarding the situation. There were patient explanations of how the law works. As my understanding increased, the situation was calmed. Am I still a bit aggravated by my employer? Sure! We had to go there to start proceedings on our Mother's will. They have been so nice and very knowledgeable. When our Mother had been there previously, Mr. Sisko helped her down the stairs and into the car and than told her to wait in the car were he brought the paperwork out for her to sign. Very compassionate and caring.
I had also been there about 30 years ago when we had a very stressful settlement on a house. The gentleman we had straightened out the other couple. We were thankful we had settlement there instead of some place else.
