Mr. Cox was my sons attorney and the level of communication skills that Mr. Cox exhibited was pitiful. My son tried to communicate as well as my husband and myself on numerous occasions and Mr. Cox would not answer or return a call. Mr Cox would not file a motion for emergency care for a wound on my sons leg and now my sons leg is in danger of amputation. Mr. Cox is just a 'wait and see' type of an attorney and is definitely out of his comfort zone and level of experience for criminal law cases. In criminal law your Atty should not take a 'wait and see' approach. Beware.

We were in a very bad accident and after checking on which law firm to utilize we selected Hicks & Funfsinn. While the accident was stressful Greg Funfsinn took the stress out and kept us informed at all times. Greg and the rest of his staff did a great job. When I fell in a hole in a parking lot the ligaments in my knee were torn. I am not from Winchester and spoke to another attorney before speaking with Stanley about my accident. The other attorney would not take my case. Stanley took it and explained all the reasons why other attorneys probably weren't interested.
