I want to leave a review for Evan Stein, who represented me as a bike rider injured when hit and run over by a pickup truck. First, communications were excellent throughout the entire process between myself and Mr. Stein. There were many layers to the negotiations and multiple parties involved and I always felt that I was kept informed at each step of the process. Second, I very much appreciated the open and realistic approach to my case. The potential value of my case, the timing within the process, seeking my input with regard to how to move forward; all of the above were handled with both professional and personal integrity towards myself and my case. I was referred to Dale by a very good family friend, after ending my marriage of 25 years, it was far from easy emotionally, I have heard horror stories from others regarding their lawyers and I was very nervous in the beginning, Dale made me feel very comfortable, I gave him the information he requested and he responded promptly with the final outcome of all situations, he informed me of what our route would be and made that his main priority. My ex was an extremely difficult person that even his own lawyer could not bare to work with him, so having Dale by my side making sure I was protected in every aspect was an amazing and comforting experience. Would I go back to Dale if heaven forbid another legal circumstance arises and I am in need.. In a heart beat I would, he is such a genuine human being and his staff truely made me feel comfortable and that I was protected. They asked how I was doing throughout the process and I was always informed of everything, never left in the dark. I am very lucky that I worked with Dale and his staff because if it wasn't for them I would probably be stuck in the divorce mess still and having no luck. In September of 1999 I was in South Dakota picking up a load of rolled plastic that is used to make your dark colored trash bags with. Since I am a flatbed driver the load had to be tarped, not only to protect the load, but also for safety. While trying to climb onto the top of the load to spread the tarps I lost my footing and slipped from the top of the load. A distance of about 10 to 12 feet. The result was that I broke my wrist in 4 places and had to have surgery to put it back together again.
My case took a very long 14 years from beginning to end and I credit Marty so much for helping me to hang in there. There were a couple of times I was so tired of the fight that I thought about giving up and giving in to one or two of the offers along the way. But Marty convinced me to hang in there because he was sure he could get better for me and he was right. He could not have been more accommodating and courteous in explaining and navigating all the different twists and turns we were forced to make along the way by the insurance company. I am so glad I listened to him and didn't settle my case earlier.
If you want an attorney with the staunch work ethics of a pit bull and that knows the meaning of going to the mat for his client, you won't find a better lawyer than Martin V Linscott, I can't recommend Marty highly enough.

However, after paying over $2000, I didn't hear back for over two months. When I called every 1-2 weeks, they seemed annoyed. Eventually, they told me it couldn't be fixed due to reasons they knew from the start. This place is a SCAM, and the lawyer who helped was certified in Colorado. I found another lawyer who was much easier to work with and transparent. THIS PLACE IS SCAMMY. I wish I had read other reviews beforehand. I DO NOT recommend.

We hired Kathleen due to a personal injury caused by a car accident. The insurance company of the party that caused the accident only would cover half the property damages and none of the medical expenses. Kathleen took the case and made sure that all of the details were taken care of and did while making the process as convenient as possible for us. Ended up getting a fair settlement without going to trial. Kathleen did everything that was promised.

Greg is an amazing guy and an excellent attorney. Ryan was so amazing to work with! I needed to move out of state due to my husbands work. Ryan and her team were with me every step of the way. My daughters father and I had to go to mediation first.
