Do not hire these individuals if you care about receiving the proper medical treatment and receiving a speedy settlement. Hi, I'm a US Marine, 2003 Iraq war veteran and a Texas Paralegal with a degree in legal studies (law). My age is forty-six, so I've been around long enough to know what's normal business and what's shady business. Their website bio claims they have fifty years of experience, compassion and commitment to their clients. We didn’t experience any of this! Back in August of this year, four LONG months ago, my girlfriend, three-month-old daughter at the time and I were side swiped at a busy Lubbock intersection by an elderly out-of-towner driving a large pick-up truck. After initially speaking to the Malone Legal Group, their secretaries were quick getting us to sign their "Attorney Fee Contract" of thirty-five percent. This was the only time anybody showed any sense of urgency. After that is where the shady and unethical business practices begin. You ever seen the tv series "Breaking Bad" with scandalous attorney Saul Goodman always looking for a quick buck? That's the Malone Legal Group. Without any x-rays or MRI’s, Merritt Chiropractic diagnosed our injuries and cared for them by placing a warm stinky towel while receiving electrical stimulation around our necks for two minutes and then out the door! Good thing for me, the Department of Health Administration paid for my chiropractic care with a real chiropractor. My girlfriend, however, did not receive the chiropractic care she needed. After thirteen total visits, I put a stop to this! I emailed Valeri Malone stating that we were ready to stop treatment and to begin negotiating with State Farm. Within this email, I also mentioned their lack of aggressiveness. She called me immediately, placed me on speaker phone and told me I should do an MRI to get more money. I was thrown off by this because an MRI is usually recommended before a treatment plan by a medical professional. This was the ONLY time any attorney took the time to call us. It took one hundred and fourteen days from the day we hired them to the day we received payment. Just to be surprised with additional expenses we did not agree to like being charged gas money to deposit checks once they received from State Farm. I assure you, you will be better served elsewhere.

“THE” only Workers Comp attorney you should know. Draper DEFINITELY sets the bar in his industry. I hired Draper in 2016 for a Workers Comp claim. He has been on this case now for over a year and literally has guided me in every aspect. He was and is still my advocate. If you want a lawyer that keeps open lines of communication this is your guy!! I have never once had an issue with getting a return phone call or email and his response time is even more impressive. Even though he has had my case for 15+ months now I still get the feel that my case is very important. Draper is very knowledgeable with what he does and I am so thankful I found him!! So whatever you do make sure Draper is your first call! Don’t make the mistake of calling him after you realize that your current council isn’t making the cut. His office gives risk free consultations so this should be a no brainer. Take my advice, this is your guy! I should know, he won my case!

After early denial and very poor action from first attorney chris lee from leticia gonsalez firm (didnt even show for brc and failed to inform me he cancelled yet charged me office visits i never made and cancelled my brc without my consent or notifying me i found out 4 months later) i can only tell you my case was more than severely damaged,so i tried ombudsman which only made matters worse,much worse . I was so far behind the 8 ball with a 19 day deadline till contested case hearing when i desperately searched for an excellent attorney with skills in contested case hearings ..mind you many advertise they can help you buy once you mention these type severities or problems at this point,they want off the phone so quick they almost hang up chokin on their inaddequicies,and you will be quick to hear most say they dont handle contested case hearings . They just arent the real deal trial hardened type such as " Toby" Draper Rodriguez ! He worked so hard to obtain all my records and files from all the numerous places and Dr. In less than 10 days and was up to par and so far ahead of the game on our hearing day I was convinced of the very confident feeling i had on day one of hiring him and following my first consultation. I left his office with the first glimpse of hope i had to this point since the injury and all the anguish and pain and unknowing uncertainty started.Toby breathed life back into me ..that moment alone was priceless in comparison to how it feels to be losing your career and livelyhood and material things etc. Then the day came and Draper slayed them ..i mean he was a calculated assassin of delivering his knowledge which i might add he is a walking text book of knowledge concerning all matters of the workers comp laws and procedures . Incredible vast knowledge! He also has ability to read people and get on your level so you dont feel at all like the little man or confused . I highly recomend "Toby" Draper Rodriguez for any of your litigation matters . We whooped them that day! Thank you so much Toby! Words will never express how greatfull I am to have you on my side working that hard for my rights and what I am entitled to as humane !

I was struck at a stop light by a driver who was high, had no license and was in an automobile that wasn't registered in his name. He totaled my car, and struck several more along the way. I clearly took the brunt of the impact. Despite having run into a lack of coverage initially and a denial by the insurance carrier, Toby kept on the insurance carrier until they accepted liability for the claim. He was able to settle the matter for much more than I had anticipated. He took care of my PIP claim and negotiated reductions of my medical payments such that I was able to put a substantial amount of money in my pocket. He did this professionally, always let me know what the status of the matter was, did so in a quick manner after I had finished treating, and was reasonable with the amount he charged. It was a pleasant experience to have an attorney who treated me like a friend and not just another client. I would highly recommend this attorney for any personal injury work in the future.

I was involved in a case with literally hundreds of other plaintiffs. I always felt that Camie was honest and fair in their dealing with me but it was not until after the case ended that I knew just successful the firm was.
I was involved in a case where a local coin seller was running a complex scheme taking orders and payments for products and holding the payments, hedging that he could buy the products cheaper in the future to fulfill the order. This all came to a crashing stop when several people placed large orders and the prices of precious metals skyrocketed making it impossible for him to fill the orders. At this point he also got shut down by the authorities and all his inventory confiscated.
During the whole process Camie kept me informed, made workable payment arrangements for services and continued to be on the cutting edge as the case proceeded.
Of the many people I talked to about this case, I believe the amount I paid for premium representation was among the most affordable Her results were absolutely astounding. My claim in the case received one of the highest payouts and I recouped among the highest percentage of my claim of any of the plaintiffs.

Was victim of car accident, which left me in need of surgery, therapy, etc. Insurance refused to help even stating, "If you think you're getting a real payment from us, you're out of your mind." (and then laughed about it). Celeste had that case handled and settled within about 2 weeks and I had a $50,000 settlement check received within a week or 2 after that. I had a rather simple case with potentially serious implications. Mr. Hogan's office took my information and called me back within the day to schedule an appointment and give the associated fee to take the case.
The case is essentially completed, through a settlement, and Mr. Hogan met my expectations.
There was a little snafu in communications early on that had me downtown unnecessarily, but was resolved with no real implications other than a rather minor (to me) inconvenience. Through that incident I gained another contact at the firm who maintained great communication throughout the remainder of the process. Thank you Jessica for answering my questions and satisfying my need to stay informed.
I would recommend the Hogan Law Firm for prospective clients where they find a mutually good fit. To me the process of choosing the right firm is much like going to my shop and choosing the right tool for the job.

I first heard about Travis Ware while overhearing a fellow coworker discussing her divorce. From all appearances, she wound up getting the raw end of the deal. When she was asked who her ex husband had for an attorney, I kept my face buried in my cellphone, but I was all ears. When she said "Travis Ware," I made a mental note to remember that name. And boy am I glad I did!
At that time I was in an abusive marriage that I needed to get out of, and I needed an attorney who would be able to circumvent all the tricks that the ex had up his sleeve.
