I have used Adam to help me with a business I invested in. He wa instrumental in helping me to setup the business while protecting my personal assets. Things did not go well for the business and I ultimately had to shut it down. Adam was very helpful in minimizing the damage to me financially due to the business shutdown. It also became obvious that many of the things Adam did when we initially setup the business were extremely helpful as we wound down the business. Needed an aggressive attorney to get my money owed from a company that hired me to do a service for their client. Mr Butash has been fighting my case for over a year and although it's not the outcome I desired, he gets the 5 stars because he bailed me out of jail when I was arrested after my sentencing... The fact that he's empathetic to my situation speaks volumes about his character. He's the exact opposite of one of those greedy "dine and dash" lawyers that becomes less responsive once they get paid. He should get 6 stars for communication. Mike calls me back after hours or on the weekends, but I've found the best method of communication is text- which is what I prefer so it works out perfect.

I was hit by a car at 60mph when I was riding my motorcycle, and needless to say I was severely injured. I hired Todd Hingson as my attorney, and from the first phone consultation onward, he and his team lifted the entire burden off my shoulders and carried it through on my behalf to the very end. They went above and beyond, taking care of everything: securing my bike from the tow company for the insurance adjuster; MAXing out the other driver's insurance settlement without any litigation; and negotiating with TRICARE (military health insurance) to get the medical bills cut in HALF, which ended up doubling the payout I would have otherwise received. When the local hospital tried to send my bill straight to a collection agency rather than tendering it to TRICARE, Mr. Hingson and his team immediately intervened and got the hospital to acquiesce.
In that first conversation with Mr. Hingson, he said something to the likes of, "you have a long journey of physical recovery ahead of you. The last thing you need to be concerned with is any legal matter. I promise you I've got your back." A man of his word, he kept his promise. I could not be more grateful for his and his team's service.

I usually don’t write reviews but MR. Randall by far is one of the best lawyers in pasco county I talked to 3 other lawyers before I talked to MR. Randall all of them told me i was going to do time and that it was a hard case they showed no interest in the case at all but MR. Randall from day was really nice on the phone he was listening to what I had to say he then explained to me the options i have he didn’t sugarcoat anything he was honest He truly cared about my case I was suppose to meet up with him the next morning to sign the contract and pay my retainer fee when I got to his office he had already pulled out my record from the night before and called the court and found out the court date and info moral of the story if you want a good lawyer that’s going to really card about your case then you came to the right place because when it comes to MR. Randall he truly cares and will work on your case with heart.

I hired Greg Owens for my Workerman Comp Case; although he was personable; he didn’t do right by me. The Attorney for the Insurance Company talked him into taking out taxes from my Settlement amount; and it wasn’t until after the fact that I learned that Settlements are Tax-
Free. So basically; due to Greg Owen’s lack of knowledge; I lost money I should’ve had in my pocket. When I called him to get a response; he told his assistant to tell me to go and hire a CPA? Thanks Greg!
I wouldn’t recommend Greg for anytime of Workerman’s Comp or Unemployment case.

I retained Mr. Owens recently and we are only in the beginning stages of my case. In the few weeks we've been working together he has gone above and beyond to respond to my emails and reach out to me with updates. Being in the legal profession myself, you often do not find an extremely responsive attorney that takes their "off the clock" time to respond and reach out. I'm extremely impressed with his responsiveness and compassion. I definitely felt extremely comfortable moving forward with Mr. Owens and I know he'll work hard to advocate for me as he has already done so.
I definitely recommend Mr. Owens as you would not be dissatisfied. Nothing is a guarantee; however knowing your attorney is hard at work for you that in itself is a win.

Aweful experience aweful lawyer!!!! His favorite phrase was "let's wait and see what happens" so we fought back and asked him to do his job and his response was to dismissed himself from our case. He was NEVER avaliable or in the office. He mever returned phone calls or emails and in face missed several phone appointments with no explanation or apology. When we went to court after 3 years of no results he didn't even have an opening statement and we got screwed. He has done the absolute bare minimum for our case and because of that we still have yet to be able to have any significant relationship with my husband's daughter.

I lost a case I could have easily won because of Sean Donovan and his lack of care or interest in my case. He is only full of empty words and empty promises. He didn’t try to explain all my options to me and was always in a hurry and I could never get him on the phone whenever I needed him.

After contacting several law offices the morning of my boyfriend's arraignment I was told there's nothing we can do with such short notice. Sean Donovan was my last hope and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was able to meet with me that morning, get the lowest bond possible, and in the end had all charges dropped.
