DUI Heroes really lives up to their name! Every member of the team lead with compassion but were highly professional. They were detail oriented, commutative and organized.
Rachel Reich was my true hero! She was top notch!!! She is firm with defense. I could tell that she truly was looking out for my best interest. I LOVED how detailed she was as I never had to question what I needed to do and what was happening. She took the scariest part out of my situation which was the unknown.
The success of the team is definitely inspired by Jonathan Dichter, the founder. He is very compassionate and his calmness and kindness helped tremendously in the beginning. My family and I were highly anxious and scared and his demeanor helped calm that down so we could make a quality decision.
I also want to thank Lexi Bryon and Christopher Wong. They were on the team that helped me and I always appreciated their updates and friendliness.
I almost forgot. They give a deal to get your breathalyzer at Lifesafer so you can save some money. This is not a cheap experience so every savings is valuable.
What mattered to me most is that they NEVER made me feel ashamed. They actually said they were proud of my accomplishments in recovery (which I entered after my DUI). I was not in a good place and this was very much needed to help me recover.

Last year, I found myself in legal trouble due to a poor decision and unchecked mental health issues. Initially, I faced felony charges in superior court, and in a panic, I contacted multiple attorneys. What stood out about Brandon was that he took the time to review my case without pressuring me to hire him, offering an honest consultation on what he thought would happen. Other attorneys were more focused on securing my business, with one even suggesting I might face a lengthy prison term if I didn't hire them immediately.
Fortunately, the County dropped the felony charge, but then the city filed charges. I reached out to Brandon, who agreed to represent me. Understanding my financial situation, he reduced his fees and offered a manageable payment plan. We also agreed that I should seek treatment for my mental health, and Brandon worked tirelessly with the court system to find a solution that accommodated both my needs and the court's requirements.

So I had gotten into a query with a big company trying to take thousands of dollars from me, I knew it wasn't right from what I had done previously to take care of this, I got a 30 minute consultation from Brandon (probably was longer) and it saved me those thousands of dollars, he was able to reasure me on the steps I took were right, able to tell me what to ask the people for quality information and point me in the right direction which led to alot of money saved. In the craziest 8.5 years of my life while battling my case it finally ended in my favor. Honestly at times I was nervous, unsure , stressed, depressed, and probably the biggest pain in the a.. to jim and the paralegals. All in all they stood by me and

Peter took over my estate case when I felt the judge was not giving my another attorney the proper respect. I'm sure the judge was doing what he felt was correct in giving the plaintiff every chance, but the judge stated one thing had been overlooked. Peter worked with my other attorney and calmed things down with the judge. He predicted the outcome of the bench trial exactly as the it came to be. The case was previously overworked and Peter broke it down into the simple case it was. At trial, the judge listened to the plaintiff's case, and then dismissed the case prior to listening to our case and reimburse me for legal expenses. What I appreciated the most was how Peter knew what would happen and where he needed to put his effort. I only wish I would have listened to him abut ignoring the "noise" (as he put it) rather than over working my responses. He did an excellent job in watching out for my interests and in guiding me.

I’m writing to highly endorse attorney Steve Knapp for you or your loved ones who may be seriously injured or killed by the acts of another person. Steve spent 3 ½ years helping me through a very stressful and difficult process of settling my serious and permanent injury claims with the State Department of Transportation and its contractor after I crashed my motorcycle in a construction zone one night on I-5. I’m very lucky that Steve got involved in my case early on. Steve immediately began gathering evidence to support my claim that the onramp had been left in a negligent condition which caused me to crash that night. Steve kept telling me that the facts of my case were like “spokes in a wheel” and his goal was to build me a wheel full of spokes, which he did do. The State and its contractor denied any responsibility to me for more than three years after my accident. They claimed the accident was entirely my fault or someone else’s fault other than theirs. But Steve was relentless and left no stone unturned in working up my case. He went to the DOT archives and found great records for my case; he investigated the accident scene; and he located and met with several witnesses and got written statements from them in support of my case. I was able to sit in on a few depositions of witnesses, and watching Steve was great. He was very prepared for each one, and he seemed to almost know what each witness would say, even before they said it. He was able to use the witnesses testimony to build lots of spokes in my wheel. Steve used to do defense work and he knows how the defense looks at a case, which I think gives him an edge because he can anticipate where the defense witnesses will attack his clients’ cases and he can prepare for it. Steve had me fully prepared for my own deposition by the defense attorney and for my examination by the defense doctor. Steve finally overwhelmed the DOT and its contractor with evidence that their negligence caused my accident, and we were ultimately able to reach a settlement of very high six figures. Steve is a down to earth kind of guy who is very easy to talk to. He kept in regular contact with me so I always knew what was going on with my case. I’m extremely happy with the work Steve did for me on my case and I give him my highest recommendation to anyone who has been seriously hurt or even killed by someone else’s negligence. J.

At the end of January 2020 I was involved in a car accident which damaged my neck. I started seeking treatment for my neck pain and was not really able to get a result then the pandemic happened and everything closed down. It took me several years of treatment. It was about a 2 which was enough and not back to normal but I still had residual pain. I was still riding my bicycle skiing and doing whatever I could to have fun so I wouldn’t remember pain, and in the course I got injured again on my lower leg and elbow.
This case was complicated enough on his own with just the COVID-19 restrictions, but adding additional injuries to my lower extremities, made it really complicated.
Jeff was recommended to me by a family member. I hired Jeff immediately at the beginning of the case and I could definitely say that Jeff was the best decision.
There were so many things which went wrong with this case the law firm was opposing us. Jeff’s brother worked at the firm then the apposing attorney in case died after depositions.
Finally, after three years, I was able to get relief from the court. Only because I had Jeff’s help without Jeff‘s help I could not have got the resolution with my case at all.
I recommend Jeff very highly.

Had Tien help me with what I believed to be a fairly complicated case. His advice and expertise lead me to settle the case for a very fair amount that I don't believe I could have gotten otherwise. Dealing with big insurance companies can be daunting, and you really need to know what you're doing to not get taken advantaged of and get the best outcome.
