To say that Corey is one of the most hard-working lawyers I've met is an understatement. We hired him for a serious allegation that included a felony charge if convicted. From the moment he was hired, Corey spent countless hours with us on phone calls or Zoom calls to review evidence and strategize a plan of action. He and his team went over an enormous amount of information, motions, and hearings which ultimately ended in a dismissed case after several years of fighting. First and foremost, I want to start off by giving a Million Thanks to Corey Mehlos for being an amazing lawyer and for always keeping Myself and my husband up to date with every detail of his case and for fighting for him and seeing the good in him and not the “Criminal “that they viewed him as.
In 2021 my Husband was hit with a Conspiracy Charge that held a sentence of 52 years. When we got this devastating news, we did not know what to because at the time we had no money for a lawyer because I was putting myself through college at the time and I was not working then that year we were blessed with Money and was able to afford a lawyer just to find out months later that he could no longer represent my Husband due to a conflict of interest and he has to drop my husband as a client. Me and my Husband are big on Our Faith and Trust that no matter what with God we will always find a way. I prayed for months for God to send me someone that he knew would fight for my husband. I remember the very first conversation I had with Corey and I knew in my heart that this was the Man that was going to fight for my husband and he did just that. That first call we had talked for a while and I had explained everything to him and I remember him saying “Well I will be more than Happy to take his case” Not knowing all the details or the extent of the case. We Hired Corey in the beginning of March 2022
And he went right to work on my husband's case and his work was nothing short of amazing. He was Resilient, Hardworking, Genuine, caring of our feelings and was a Brilliant Lawyer in every aspect of what a lawyer is supposed to be. Fast for till today , Mind you During this whole process 52 years was hanging over my Husbands Head but we never gave up hope we never lost faith in fact we were at ease knowing how hard and willing Corey was in fighting not only for My Husband but for Our Family , and seen what type of patient faithful people we were and never once fell short of his obligations as a Lawyer , So again Here we are Today 11/01/2022 and I can Sit here and Say with the purest of Joy and happiness that WE WON OUR CASE!!!!!! My husband faced again 52 years and with Corey Fighting for us, my husband walked away with No JAIL TIME!!! HE was given timed Serve on a Case that was literally keep him locked away from his family for more than A life time. There are not enough Thanks Yous or Gratitude or appreciation to Show this Wonderful Man other than God Bless you for bringing our Family back together again and saved my husband's life He had my Husbands back 100%! He's so invested in his clients and he gives his all and then some, as they were walking out of Court after the sentence was heard and them giving My Husband Time Served , Corey Looks at my husband and said “ I'm proud of you “ when in reality we are so very proud of him , and what struck us the most is that during the Court hearing he left my husband Speechless could even speak to the judge because of every good thing he had said about myself and my husband that there were just no words other than this man fought with every ounce of resilience and for that we are very Thankful !

I called John after I suffered injuries in a bike accident. His firm has a strong reputation for fighting for justice, and that reputation is well deserved! He was personable and kind to me and my husband, but he must be quite a fighter when dealing with the insurance companies because my case was resolved quickly and without going to trial. Jason Knutson worked on my unpaid overtime case for over 4 years, starting as a class-action suit and then in individual arbitration. Jason Knutson's help during what is clearly the worst time in our lives was immeasurable. His assistant Jenny was very helpful when medical bills poured in keeping them straight and helping us remove duplicate charges so we could focus on our sons rehab. Jason and Jenny from start to finish of our whole ordeal was a positive. I always felt as if they had our son's best interest at heart and that we truly were being represented in the case. While working, I was in a major vehicle accident. I contacted Carrie and consulted with her that I wasn't at fault but I was worried that the injuries would leave me unable to go back to my work as a professional driver. I am a single mother with my work as my sole income to take care of my child, pay mortgage and bills.
