I had a injury at a local restaurant while eating there. The first attorney I had want me to settle before I even knew I could be able to use my hand again. Mr Boilenger agreed that I should wait to find out if I was going to be able to use it.

Tbh I’ve had mark for a long time and I can easily say best lawyer all around I’ve had him hired and not and on my case that he wasn’t he hired on completely dismissed my case so I started actually facing some more serious problems that could of easily sent away for long time I caught 5 felony’s and then I hired him and still never went down to do time that’s how badass of an attorney mark is so I promise u this if u want a saving grace this is ur man cause if he can’t do it idk who can

I started with an online consultation via zoom, I was assured that I wasn’t alone from start to finish. I wasn’t sure if I needed a lawyer to help my immigration process but she proved me wrong. The law firm of Serifat Adebayo kept me on my toes in providing evidence required to support my case. I was provided with a payment plan that enabled me spread out payment over time. My application was filed in May 2021 and through quality preparation and mock interviews, my interview was slated for December 2021 and I received quality representation at my interview by the firm. By interview was finished by 1pm by 7pm of same day, I received my approval notice! What else could a person desire from a law firm? Other than timely approval? I strongly recommend Serifat Adebayo’s law firm for immigration purposes!

I recently lost my wife to cancer. My step-children consider themselves mine, and did not want to go live with their bio-dad. My situation was confusing, stressful, and heart-breaking. I was looking for an attorney and overheard someone mention his name. I asked for references and found out very quickly that Barnett wins, and he wins a lot. He met with me and my mother and explained the entire process to us. He told us he could not guarantee how the case would turn out but that he could promise that he would treat my case the way he would want me to treat his case if our roles were reversed. I have no experience with Barnett outside what I witnessed during my fathers trial in which he was accused of very haineous allegations. While watching Barnett in the court room, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was dedicated to justice and would stop at nothing to see it served. His presence in the court room is very strong and he conducts himself with the utmost respect for the courts. On a personal level, Barnett has a great sense of humor and has a way of making his clients and their family feel confident and comfortable through such an emotionally draining time. I'm an insurance defense lawyer and have known Bart for many years and defended numerous cases with Bart on the other side. Bart is truly a lawyer and man of integrity. He does exactly what he says he will do and I always know that I can trust him implicitly. That said, Bart is a very strong advocate for his clients and does very well for them. I know. My clients have written him some nice checks. It is a pleasure to work with Bart. I know that when I get a new file and Bart is on the other side, I will have to work hard but everything will be above board, direct, and forthright. When a Plaintiff's case comes into my office, I often refer it directly to Bart. If we had more lawyers like Bart, the practice of law would be a better profession. We were sued by an individual over a house that we worked on as new construction. Mr Saunders was able to beat them in court the first time with no problem. After the individual dropped the suit in Denton County, he refiled in Dallas County. We went through 22 months of litigation, and again, with the help of Mr. Saunders, we were successful in the outcome. Then they sued us a third time in Dallas County for a personal injury that they tried to tie to the house that had alleged defective plumbing. Mr. Saunders was successful that round, as well.
I have worked with several attorneys in the past, and Mr Saunders is among the best. His professionalism is unsurpassed. He is extremely responsive to the needs of his client, and keeps the client updated throughout the case. Even during busy times when I had to leave a message, my call was returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

After paying a total of $300 for two consultations, 15-min each, at a different law firm and not receiving sufficient guidance on how to move forward with my situation regarding a real estate matter, I decided to continue my search in finding what I deemed to be adequate legal counsel.
Therefore, I conducted an online search and came across the Law Office of Bradley Voyles. His reviews seemed extraordinary, and I was eager to give his office a call in hopes of setting up an appointment to speak with him as soon as he was available to meet with me.
When I called his office, I was hoping I would be able to quickly pay my consultation fees and schedule an appointment with Mr. Voyles to have my issues addressed within the next 1-2 weeks or so. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out from his receptionist that although Mr. Voyles was currently in court at the time of my call, I was promised he would call me back later that same day to go over my concerns.
From the moment I called Mr. Voyles's office, I was immediately impressed at how courteous his staff was, and in how responsive Mr. Voyles was in getting back to me in the same day. I was not expecting this level of service at all!
Furthermore, when I called his office, I was surprised that at no time during the call were consultation fees ever brought up. Usually law offices want to charge your credit card lots of $$$ before you can even just say, "hello" to an attorney. But this was not the case here. I genuinely felt like Mr. Voyles and his staff's primary concern was just immediately addressing my concerns and nothing more.
In fact, when Mr. Voyles called me, he spoke to me for over 40 minutes. He also asked me to email him documentation and real estate contracts regarding some of the matters I discussed with him, and after wrapping up our conversation, he still never asked for any consultation fees.
I'm honestly in awe at how patient Mr. Voyles was with me during the call and with how informative he had been. The level of legal service I was provided by him was unparalleled to anything I've received elsewhere. I honestly cannot see myself entertaining another law firm on any related legal matters, just based off the recent experiences I've had with Mr. Voyles and his staff.
Mr. Voyles, this is how you create relationships that are mutually beneficial between the attorney and client! Thank you so much for everything you've done to help me!

I was parked at a gas pump, and semi came through wrong entrance, side swiping and demolitioned my vehicle...the driver gave false information to not only me but the cop. It was almost like I had been robbed, the trucking company tried to just let it go.... I was referred to attorney Mark Montgomery in McKinney TX. His office was committed to getting me a honest settlement, after knowing the driver was dishonest. Mark staff was so well managed and reassured me, they would try for the best possible outcome. My case was a very complicated one; there was a criminal case going on, a civil/family case, and I was being sued. Needless to say, it was beyond ugly! On top of that, my first lawyer, despite the fool proof ammo she was given, she not only not only failed miserably, but gave the opposing council and my ex the upper hand. Long story short, Montgomery had to do some serious damage control to even let it be an even playing field. I've never seen anything like him in the courtroom!! He is calm, tactful, assertive, compassionate, aggressive, patient,... whatever he needs to be. He's a pitbull in the courtroom! Unlike anything I've seen, or have even ever heard of! Him and his team are absolutely remarkable! They gave me my life, and more importantly, my family back! I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, Montgomery's my man! To the overly confident attorneys: it’s one thing to under-promise and over-deliver, but quite another to over-promise and under-deliver. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe it. Our case, handled by Underwood Law Offices and the Fortenberry Firm, was an utterly exasperating. I’m not someonedriven by greed; I wasn’t seeking a tremendous amount of money, only to be restored to the financial position I was in before the incident.
This so-called “million-dollar lawsuit” took nearly four years to settle, only for us to walk away with $1,600—hardly enough to cover the $5,000 we paid in deductibles. Throughout the ordeal, we were repeatedly assured, “We’ve got a strong case, excellent evidence, and we’re going to make you whole.” Reality proved otherwise. The evidence was so weak it couldn’t even persuade the jury during mock trials.
Had they been upfront from the start, I could have saved myself nearly four years of frustration and false hope. Honesty from the outset would have been far preferable to this disappointing charade.

Nick Scott is a person of amiable character; however, I would exercise caution in endorsing his legal representation for any litigation matters. Dealing with contentious legal adversaries and complex litigation, demands a certain degree of resoluteness. Nick, unfortunately, does not exhibit the tenacity required to secure the full extent of what is rightfully owed to you. In my experience, his negotiations yielded only a sum sufficient to cover my legal fees, leaving me with nothing to compensate for my claims. Throughout our discovery phase, Nick showed a tendency to confuse intricate case details and had difficulty procuring responses from the opposing party. Even after securing an agreement that proved to be unfavorable, he encountered insurmountable obstacles in attempting to secure payment or garner any form of response from the opposing legal team. Currently, I find myself burdened solely with a substantial legal expense, without any benefit or compensation. Working with Nick turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Mrs. Tucker was the judge on last settlement of my divorce case ( 2017-2018). Actual divorce was on 2009 & in 2017 & 2018 financial part which did not finalized by my ex husband was settled on my ex husband favor. Mrs. tucker did not let me to say a word as I open ( with permission in sign language) my moth she hold her hand as sign of stop on my face! And she said stop! She treated me as I am not a human as I do not have any right as I am different than her. It could not have been more humiliating as it was!
The results was under her supervision my divorce degrees of 2009 which was signed and finalized by previous judge was revised to favor of my ex husband! A man who physically, verbally, mentally & emotionally abused me & our two children for 40 years!
As mrs Tucker glanced at me at first she took in on no benefit of the doubt that I am guilty and no human!
It is so unfortunate that our life of living in this world should be judged but a educated judge like this!
This is almost 5 years pasted! I haven’t forgotten . My heart still hurts! I am writing this so people read about it ! I believe in God I am sure he will take care of justice!
