I had a injury at a local restaurant while eating there. The first attorney I had want me to settle before I even knew I could be able to use my hand again. Mr Boilenger agreed that I should wait to find out if I was going to be able to use it.

I started with an online consultation via zoom, I was assured that I wasn’t alone from start to finish. I wasn’t sure if I needed a lawyer to help my immigration process but she proved me wrong. The law firm of Serifat Adebayo kept me on my toes in providing evidence required to support my case. I was provided with a payment plan that enabled me spread out payment over time. My application was filed in May 2021 and through quality preparation and mock interviews, my interview was slated for December 2021 and I received quality representation at my interview by the firm. By interview was finished by 1pm by 7pm of same day, I received my approval notice! What else could a person desire from a law firm? Other than timely approval? I strongly recommend Serifat Adebayo’s law firm for immigration purposes!

I have no experience with Barnett outside what I witnessed during my fathers trial in which he was accused of very haineous allegations. While watching Barnett in the court room, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was dedicated to justice and would stop at nothing to see it served. We were sued by an individual over a house that we worked on as new construction. Mr Saunders was able to beat them in court the first time with no problem. After the individual dropped the suit in Denton County, he refiled in Dallas County. We went through 22 months of litigation, and again, with the help of Mr. Saunders, we were successful in the outcome. Then they sued us a third time in Dallas County for a personal injury that they tried to tie to the house that had alleged defective plumbing. Mr. Saunders was successful that round, as well.
I have worked with several attorneys in the past, and Mr Saunders is among the best. His professionalism is unsurpassed. He is extremely responsive to the needs of his client, and keeps the client updated throughout the case. Even during busy times when I had to leave a message, my call was returned in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

To the overly confident attorneys: it’s one thing to under-promise and over-deliver, but quite another to over-promise and under-deliver. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe it. Our case, handled by Underwood Law Offices and the Fortenberry Firm, was an utterly exasperating. I’m not someonedriven by greed; I wasn’t seeking a tremendous amount of money, only to be restored to the financial position I was in before the incident.
This so-called “million-dollar lawsuit” took nearly four years to settle, only for us to walk away with $1,600—hardly enough to cover the $5,000 we paid in deductibles. Throughout the ordeal, we were repeatedly assured, “We’ve got a strong case, excellent evidence, and we’re going to make you whole.” Reality proved otherwise. The evidence was so weak it couldn’t even persuade the jury during mock trials.
Had they been upfront from the start, I could have saved myself nearly four years of frustration and false hope. Honesty from the outset would have been far preferable to this disappointing charade.

I was parked at a gas pump, and semi came through wrong entrance, side swiping and demolitioned my vehicle...the driver gave false information to not only me but the cop. My case was a very complicated one; there was a criminal case going on, a civil/family case, and I was being sued. Needless to say, it was beyond ugly! On top of that, my first lawyer, despite the fool proof ammo she was given, she not only not only failed miserably, but gave the opposing council and my ex the upper hand. Long story short, Montgomery had to do some serious damage control to even let it be an even playing field. I've never seen anything like him in the courtroom!! He is calm, tactful, assertive, compassionate, aggressive, patient,... whatever he needs to be. He's a pitbull in the courtroom! Unlike anything I've seen, or have even ever heard of! Mrs. Tucker was the judge on last settlement of my divorce case ( 2017-2018). Actual divorce was on 2009 & in 2017 & 2018 financial part which did not finalized by my ex husband was settled on my ex husband favor. Mrs. tucker did not let me to say a word as I open ( with permission in sign language) my moth she hold her hand as sign of stop on my face! And she said stop! She treated me as I am not a human as I do not have any right as I am different than her. It could not have been more humiliating as it was!
The results was under her supervision my divorce degrees of 2009 which was signed and finalized by previous judge was revised to favor of my ex husband! A man who physically, verbally, mentally & emotionally abused me & our two children for 40 years!
As mrs Tucker glanced at me at first she took in on no benefit of the doubt that I am guilty and no human!
It is so unfortunate that our life of living in this world should be judged but a educated judge like this!
This is almost 5 years pasted! I haven’t forgotten . My heart still hurts! I am writing this so people read about it ! I believe in God I am sure he will take care of justice!
