This is Werls Francois, couldn’t switch over to my Google account for some reason, but I’ll I had a massive $41,000 private student loan debt collector that was on my case and John Hilbert was able to get a fair and great deal for me because he was able to spot errors and inconsistencies in their documentation so thank you to John as always he really saved me a headache and now I have a more affordable payment that is also 100% completely interest-free. Definitely would recommend these people to anyone who needs it.

Spoke to a lady on the Phone who was Very RUDE TODAY 12/27/2024 @ 1625 hours. I called to speak to a Lawyer or someone For consultaion and she said oh you the one who hung up which I didnt & lost service while im currently still in the Hospital. She stated “ oh your the one who called and was VERY RUDE AND NASTY” and she hung up the phone on me.. not nice service at all.

If you’ve ever had any experience with getting arrested, spending time in jail till a judge hears your case and allows you to leave, following up with further court dates, as well as the implications of all these occurrences - it can be incredibly overwhelming and rather difficult to keep a straight head throughout.
That is ofcourse NOT the case if you’re able and/or fortunate enough to find yourself a lawyer who genuinely gives a damn about what might happen to you - and legitimately knows her way around the court room & the legal system.
And so, try as I may - but I simply struggle to adequately express how immensely grateful I am to Serena Townsend for how swift, professional, honest, and KIND she was with me throughout the entirety of my case.
I often would display very palpable stress in the face of this ordeal - but she kept me on the straight, and was very patient with me when she had plenty of reason not to necessarily be so patient…

Frustrating Experience with Suris and Associates
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Suris and Associates has prompted me to share my concerns so that others can make informed decisions. After over a year of what I thought would be diligent representation for my case, the firm informed me that they would not be pursuing further actions. Their reasoning? They were unable to contact the insurance company.
For a law firm, one would expect a proactive approach, especially in a legal matter that can significantly impact someone’s life. Instead, I felt like my case was put on the back burner as I experienced frustrating delays and a serious lack of communication. Despite my repeated inquiries, there was a notable absence of the effort needed to seek justice.
It’s disheartening to anticipate some support in a challenging time only to find yourself poised on the sidelines. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Suris and Associates based on my dismal experience. I hope others have a more positive encounter, but my advice is to keep your options open and consider firms that exhibit the commitment and tenacity every client deserves.

Michael Pfeifer was a great help to my family during a difficult time. Last year, my father fell and broke his hip. Mr. Pfeifer began working with us the day after the accident. My mother needed legal work done and my father's dementia created complications. After surgery, rehab, six weeks at home, and another month in the hospital, it was clear that my father needed institutional care. Thanks to Mr. Pfeifer's efforts, my father's admission to the nursing home went smoothly. Later he qualified for Medicaid.
In February of this year, my mother suffered a small stroke. She came home after seven weeks in hospital and rehab. The rehab facility recommended 24-hour aide coverage, but we could only afford it for eight weeks. By successfully completing her Medicaid application, Mr. Pfeifer ensured my mother would have a full-time aide in her own home.

Where should I start from day one Mr. Krangle was on the phone for me making sure I get all the therapy I needed , He's great about getting back to you right away should he happen to miss your call. Although, he's usually available. He is extremely attentive, and informative throughout the whole process. It's already stressful enough situation with all your injuries, doctor's appointments, etc., so it's good to have someone on your side taking care of all the legal issues. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Suris and Associates has prompted me to share my concerns so that others can make informed decisions. After over a year of what I thought would be diligent representation for my case, the firm informed me that they would not be pursuing further actions. Their reasoning? They were unable to contact the insurance company.
For a law firm, one would expect a proactive approach, especially in a legal matter that can significantly impact someone’s life. Instead, I felt like my case was put on the back burner as I experienced frustrating delays and a serious lack of communication. Despite my repeated inquiries, there was a notable absence of the effort needed to seek justice.
It’s disheartening to anticipate some support in a challenging time only to find yourself poised on the sidelines.
