Some legal questions arose during a conversation with a potential client for my small company. I needed the opinion and legal advice from an employment and labor attorney, but the thing is that I needed those in a timely manner for me to attend another meeting with the potential client the next day, with enough knowledge on how to proceed with certain contracts. My daughter and myself were in an accident with a truck. He slammed into and took off. Afterwards the truck company denied our injuries and claims.
