Attorney Bernstein has been my families attorney for the last 5 years. She has been amazing and won our trial for us. I was involved in an auto accident a few years ago where I severely injured my back. I didn’t have health insurance at the time and the person who hit me didn’t admit to the police that she was at fault. Her insurance company didn’t accept responsibility and I was left out to hang with all these doctor and hospital bills. I was constantly getting calls and being harassed by the collection agencies. My daughter strongly recommended that I go see Attorney Scalora, which ended up being the best thing I could have ever done! Within days of taking my case, he was able to negotiate all the medical bill with the collection, who then stopped calling me. Attorney Scalora ultimately was able to get the person who hit to admit fault and have her insurance not only pay my outstanding medical bills but also give me a substantial amount of money for pain in my back. Attorney Scalora and his staff go above and beyond legal representation and they care for and treat you as if you are one of their own.
