*Honest, *Ethical and knows the Law far better then those with twice the experience, I have personally watched as he pierced through the insurmountable odds's stacked against us by using the very laws and ethics some attempt to pervert. After working with what appears to be a universally viewed terrible lawyer, Mr. Bains saved the day. I am so thankful I found him, and knew it was a good choice from our initial meeting.
Mr. Bains was always kind and receptive, yet straight forward and to the point, always maintaining a professional rapport. I never felt disrespected or that he was condescending to me, as I have experienced elsewhere. Other professionals expressed their admiration for his work when reading documents he wrote, such as a therapist I work with.
The other significant point is that Mr. Bains did not nickel and dime me. When the bill came, I was actually shocked in a good way, as it was multiple times lower than previous counsel I had employed. Mr. Bains is a stellar attorney and I would recommend him to anyone. Avoid this law firm!! The attorney, Roeuth Sam, is very money hungry. They will accept your case then tell you at the last minute that they no longer represent you. It’s either easy money or nothing. If they find your case a bit challenging they will drop you in an instant. Trust me, find another lawfirm!! Unethical, dishonest and greedy. Stay away!!

My wife and I chose The Struck Firm to handle our wills recently, not only for their solid reputation, but also for the knowledge and professionalism Mr. Struck brought to the table. David Walker is a quality attorney with a great reputation. I’ve known Dave for my entire legal career. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law and has an amazing recall of specific cases and resources. In addition to being a great attorney he is an exceptional mediator. Mediation is always a tough part of legal work and Dave is excellent. His good reputation for mediation is known throughout the legal community, which is helpful when we collaborate. I refer Dave regularly, he is always in my top 2 or 3 when I am asked for a reference for local mediators.
Dave is the one that coined the phrase, “If you don’t have my cell phone, you certainly should.” With Dave it’s not just a phrase though, he means it. He’s always available.

In August of 2011 I was severely injured due to the negligence of a third party while on the job. The bills quickly began to pile up and it was nearly impossible to focus on healing while in a state of constant worry over my finances. Worker's Compensation pays only 60% of your salary. "Imagine losing 40% of your pay overnight." Experiencing a life changing injury is extremely complicated when dealing with insurance companies and their attorney's. I realized very quickly that I needed someone to protect me. Somebody that had a clear understanding of how to maneuver through all the fancy "Legal Jargon" and paperwork that was constantly put in front of me. I thought my company would look out for me. Mr. Mendlin is a very professional, bright, trustworthy, competent and friendly attorney. This seems like a difficult combination to find in an attorney. It really does exist in Andrew. He really cares about your outcome and has the skills to get you the best results on any case.

Gary is a terrible lawyer, he will not represent you at all will make you do all the work for him.. then forget every detail of your case sell you short then tell you he did everything he possibly could while doing nothing. If you want to be ripped off and treated like your less than nothing really consider this guy. 1 yr later numerous lies lapse of recollection from him and zero effort. On the verge of bankruptcy and he is just like another court date. Megan Ruble worked diligently to resolve my case. This case was extremely contentious and had been dragging on since 2010. After finally going to court myself, I gave up and asked my Union for a recommendation. They recommended Megan. Worker's Comp had refused any future medical; my only request. Megan was able to get me the much needed medical (both knees were severely injured) and an unexpected settlement. I can't explain how great a relief this is. I HIGHLY recommend Megan Ruble and her staff. On a scale of 1-10, she is a 20!

After few months I called again to schedule consultation with Ana Evans and front office said they need upfront payment because last time I changed my mind on last minute and did not go with Roksana. What a lie
