David Walker is a quality attorney with a great reputation. I’ve known Dave for my entire legal career. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the law and has an amazing recall of specific cases and resources. In addition to being a great attorney he is an exceptional mediator. Mediation is always a tough part of legal work and Dave is excellent. His good reputation for mediation is known throughout the legal community, which is helpful when we collaborate. I refer Dave regularly, he is always in my top 2 or 3 when I am asked for a reference for local mediators.
Dave is the one that coined the phrase, “If you don’t have my cell phone, you certainly should.” With Dave it’s not just a phrase though, he means it. He’s always available.

In August of 2011 I was severely injured due to the negligence of a third party while on the job. The bills quickly began to pile up and it was nearly impossible to focus on healing while in a state of constant worry over my finances. Worker's Compensation pays only 60% of your salary. "Imagine losing 40% of your pay overnight." Experiencing a life changing injury is extremely complicated when dealing with insurance companies and their attorney's. I realized very quickly that I needed someone to protect me. Somebody that had a clear understanding of how to maneuver through all the fancy "Legal Jargon" and paperwork that was constantly put in front of me. I thought my company would look out for me. He seemed like a nice person and I was referred by a cousin who is very fond of him. Paid him $1,500 to show up to my husband's court. Well it ended up getting canceled, husband didn't even show up anywhere online that he needed to attend. I just paid the speeding ticket online. After that, he ignored my texts and message I left in person, never received any type of refund. Because after all he didn't have to go. Or not even a reply. So I'm not sure if I can recommend.

Mr. Hogan is an angel sent by god to defend my daughter and I in court. Her father was willing to put our daughter through trauma and physical pain because of greed.
