I hired Terry for a DUI arrest in NJ. I am not a resident of NJ. Terry was very professional in her handling and explanations of the law and what to expect. Her fee was reasonable as well. It was thought that the officer (who was fairly new) had been overzealous in his handling of my tickets. Terry was able to find the right people to back this up, get the erroneous charges dropped, and handle the entire thing without me having to return to NJ. I could not have been happier with this attorney and her execution of this case and the process. I highly recommend her!

I was facing serious criminal charges. I was emotionally wrought over all that had happened, including physical trauma inflicted by the arresting officer. I had interviewed several lawyers by phone, and two in person. None had much of a plan, except they thought charges could be reduced. THEN, I met with Terry. She not only was kind, caring and understanding, she was able to give me straight advice about what to do, AND she had a plan to get all charges dropped. ....The process took 7 months. The outcome? My wife and I used Brian and team for our real estate transaction for our first home. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about this process as we had never bought a home and have had some friends who had awful experiences. Brian was so on top of the situation, and never went a day without checking in with us. He was free for late night phone calls as well since my wife and I work during the day.
In the end, I have two main takeaways aside from what I listed above:
1. Trustworthiness: Brian doesn't sugar coat the good, bad, and ugly. The home buying process is full of ups and downs and Brian will be sure to be honest and make sure you are informed.
2. Negotiation skills: Brian got us way more than we expected after inspection and advocated on our behalf to the seller. He has done this a million times so understands when you are in the driver's seat and when you shouldn't be so aggressive.
I will remain as a reference for Brian as I was so impressed by his services.

During this time, he has been available/reachable at all times day/night/weekends for any of my ridiculous questions or anxieties in the middle of the night. Despite family law not necessarily being her niche field of expertise, Yolanda took on my child custody case. I had to leave the state just days after meeting with her due to military relocation. Other lawyers told me it would be just about impossible to resolve the case if I was in the military and out of the state. Yolanda agreed to be my advocate in the state and fight for my right to gain custody/visitation with my child. I paid my initial retainer and she quickly set me up with the proper documentation to begin the process. Even though she is busy, either her or her staff were always available to ask questions or follow up with. She dealt with the defendant in the case directly, as well as her representation. When the case went to court the judge decided not to hear it and and sent the lawyers out to agree on terms. We could not agree on custody/parenting terms in 8 years so why would that day in court be any different? When we could not come to a mutual agreement, the case was dismissed by the court. I was devastated and it seemed like every door was being slammed in my face. Yolanda did not give up. She re-submitted the motion to the court the eventual resolution was legal joint custody of my son.
I could not have done it without her help. This case took over a year to resolve. She submitted more than one motion to the court and spent countless hours over the course of the year. Yolanda made me a promise to see it through when she first took the case, and that's exactly what she did. Although she could have easily done so, she never charged me a dime more than the initial retainer we agreed to. Other lawyers have charged me $75-150 for an initial consultation just to tell me there is nothing they can do! Yolanda showed a genuine interest in helping me, and that's exactly what she did. I owe her a sincere debt of gratitude and appreciate her for not being like a lot of the other greedy money-hungry attorneys out there. Yolanda and her staff could not be more honest and caring. Thanks again for all of your help.

We used Mr. Brazza for our new building lease. He went above in beyond negotiating our lease, it's terms and other issues. This was my first non-residential lease experience. Businesses leases are much more complicated (and longer). I wish I had hired him for my recent residential lease as I do not recall my other attorney being so thorough. I will certainly consider Mr. Brazza in the future should I require his services.

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
