I can't say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her paralegal Annie. Suzanne stood her ground about my pre-martial property, when my ex thought he was entitled to half. Long story short, my ex got nothing but a lot of wasted money spent on his attorney to fight for something she knew he wasn't entitled to. Suzanne never wasted a dime of the money I paid her and I will forever be grateful to her for the kindness she has shown me in the last 16 months. I had a great experience throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Aaron Diaz was representing me and was always keeping me informed and I never felt like a number in a bucket, more of a friendship. I live with memories and disabilities from my military experience. Taylor was more than great to deal with, he took all the hassle out of it, and got me rewarded more than fairly. I truly appreciate what he did. He was honest and straight up with me about what it was, and what it wasn't, and what we could, and could not do. He did what he said he would do, all while keeping me as informed as I needed to be, but never troubled me with anything. I could not have asked for a better performance; I didn't know it was a possibility. I hate that I had to wreck my truck to meet Taylor but I'm sure glad that my friend, Bruce sent me his way. Not a good representation at all. Multiple conversations on the same topics uncountable times to milk your money. She take notes only not to have them later. To many phone calls a day asking one question then hanging you on the phone to lengthen the conversation then turn around and do the same thing again . Not to mention over charging me for the time.
When I called this tactic to her attention to ask all questions needed. The conversation was not pleasant.
I saw that the financial statement was only to see what the max you could pay. What attorney burns up your entire retainer balance in 3 hours.
I could go on, but enough said.

The best way to add to these superb (and accurate) reviews is by saying that Ross was originally hesitant to take my case against the major medical presence in our county as they have a stranglehold on everything. He evaluated my wrongful surgery, outlined options and included me decision by decision. I am thrilled with the results. Ross worked hard, professionally and smartly, answering my emails at all hours. He was meticulous about stating pros and cons and allowing me to be the final decision maker. Mr. Riesen came very highly recommended. After our first consultation he was able to get my fines, and charge completely dropped after his impressive communication skills with city solicitor. My mother was involved in an automobile accident and prior to Mr. Riesen's involvement, the insurance company was attempting to place the blame on her. John Townsend Cooper is an exceptional Mari-Time attorney, which always had my best interest at the forefront of all things in my case. Mr. Dill was very professional and approachable. When you are represented by Michael Dill, you have complete access to him.
