Mr. Sarfan was the best lawyer I've ever had! He always had my best interest. With all of his hard work he was able to get a non moving DUI brought down to a reckless driving ticket. Having a DUI on my record would have made my life extremely hard. But thanks to Mr. Sarfan I was able to walk out of the court room DUI free! 10/10 high recommended!

In December of 2016, on the way to my granddaughter’s Christmas recital at church, I was involved in an accident with a box truck that sideswiped me, spinning me around in the interstate at 60 mph, and caused me to hit the jersey wall, full side on, with my headlights pointing into on coming traffic. This resulted in me totaling my car, which was a 19th year wedding anniversary present to me from my husband. Besides the actual horror of the accident, which I am eternally grateful to God that I survived to be able to spend Christmas with my family; and the loss of my beloved car, that I had so enjoyed having; there was the added insult to injury (no pun intended) that the truck that hit me while trying to share the lane with me, never stopped but fled the scene leaving me injured, missing my entire family gathered at the church for my granddaughter’s pageant, and without a witness to identify the unmarked vehicle. But wait! There is more!!! To put the bow on top of this anonymous gift from the Grinch that almost stole all of my future Christmas’s; when all was said and done I was simultaneously unemployed, due to injuries affecting my ability to do my job, AND my insurance company of 30+ years denied my claim! I had injuries that I had to have physical therapy for, which lasted over 2 months, I had to have shots in my back, as well as injury that caused and/or aggravated some chronic conditions that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. In what seemed like a comedy of errors things evolved into me needing to get a lawyer to make the insurance company do what they should have done in the first place. Mr Bradfield did just that. Since this experience had never happened to me before I was not knowledgeable as to how this would proceed, however, he very expertly explained everything and had a good sense of humor and tireless patience with me. This being the most traumatic thing that had ever happened to me made for some extensive conversations with me, which I am so thankful that he took the time to attend to. His assistant kept me informed of all appointments and progression of events. Their professionalism and courteous corespondence was refreshing in a very trying situation. All in all if I ever had to go through anything like this again, which I pray I never do, I would call Mr Bradfield in a heartbeat. Many thanks from myself and my family to Bradfield Injury Law Firm. They definitely “put the sword of justice on my side” when my insurance company was NOT on my side.

Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

The lawyers at Huffman and Huffman were very methodical in their approach to my claim against the insurance companies after a car accident in which I was hit by another vehicle. The day after the accident, Richard Huffman came to my house to discuss the accident and assured me that everything will be good.
Over the next three years, I received regular updates as to what was going on - it took so long due to medical issues from the accident. When it looked like the case would go to court, Keith Leonard was assigned the case. He kept me up to date every time there was an update. He let me know what the insurance companies were doing and guided me through the deposition process.
Finally, when the insurance companies (including my uninsured motorist coverage) were ready to settle, he notified me that day.
Once the insurance companies sent the checks to Huffman and Huffman, I met with Brad Huffman who explained in detail how the expenses were calculated and the amount of money that I was to receive that same day.
I hope I never have to use an attorney again but if I do, it will definitely be "the Brothers in Law," otherwise known as Huffman & Huffman.

I do not recommend. Don't be dazzled by the sweet secretaries/staff or nice facility. If you value your child and custody, don't go to this firm. The list of issues I have is long, moral of the story is they provided false assurance, took me for a ridiculous amount of money to do nothing, and ultimately told me I should withdraw everything a year later. So I did and found a much more competent law firm and lawyer that was able to secure me and my child's safety.

I was in a head on collision accident Oct 14, 2020. I reached out to this company based upon reviews. I feel like now I've made an accident by reaching out for help with my case...I found out just today, Mr. Charles is my lawyer. There's been very little to no communication with my case manager. I have expressed that this is my first accident EVER!! I feel so out of the loop!! The investigator/Legal Assistant, Mr. Steve, was very nice and professional; He met me at my house to gather my information & assured me that I've found the right place/ headed in the right direction. Am I in the right direction? Have I found the right group of people to help me? Assist me? I don't know how to rate this Lawyer because I haven't spoken to him. Recommended, I don't know. Much to my dismay, I found myself in need of a divorce attorney 5 years ago. I met with Kenny Murov and realized he was a no nonsense person that took his job seriously. We were able to settle out of court with a very fair settlement. Unfortunately, 5 years later I needed his services again when my ex decided to only meet half of his court ordered financial obligations. This time we had to settle the matter in court. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time in court. After about 10 minutes of opening statements, I realized I had nothing to worry about and this man would go to battle for me. I was most impressed with his knowledge of my case, the research he had done, and his preparedness for court. He was thorough and intense. He missed nothing even after 4 hours of testimony. I had never seen him in court and I was amazed at his knowledge and skill. If you are his client, you will have to feed him the information and probably have a lot of paperwork to provide. But he needs facts in order to do his job. He is a man of integrity that is devoted to his law practice. I was fortunate to have him represent me.
