My injuries were serious, and the amount that they ARE TRYING TO make ME SETTLE FOR is not acceptable.. My lawyer basically told me that I had no choice but to take 2k for my injuries (She said that they she knows that is the most that I can get..) I had an outstanding experience working with Frank Hartman. When I contacted him I felt at peace that he was the right choice for representation. He walked me through the process and paid special attention to my needs, while letting me know everything was going to be ok. The worst experience I have had with any lawyer. Charles was outright rude did not respond to any emails or phone calls until after everything was finished and did not try to work on the case. When finally speaking to him he stated he has “more important cases” he’s working on and did not even take 5 mins to tell me anything about the case. I would never recommend this law firm or lawyer to anyone save your money and go somewhere someone actually takes the time to talk to you and get you results.

Parker took my case in despite it not being in his firms day to day type of case. We went up against a large company that had the resources of 2 different defense terms working for them. After trying to settle and being offered nothing, Parker went into the jury trial and demonstrated his knowledge and stated the facts and proved to the jury the wrong that was done by the company and got every dollar we set out to get. He put in the work and represented me far and beyond what I would’ve ever expected. Truly can’t thank Parker enough, would recommend him and his firm to anyone hands down.

My wife and I were in a pretty bad accident, roughly a year and a half ago. A drunk driver hit us from behind, at approximately 50 miles per hour. We flipped, crashed into a tree, and I blacked out after I was torpedo'd into the back seat. I woke up in the hospital several hours later, confused, scared, and in a lot of pain.
Fast forward a few days.
My wife and I are in pain, and are incredibly frustrated. We've never had to deal with something like this before, and it was very daunting. After a quick Google search of lawyers in the area, we soon landed on Joye Law Firm.
A short while later, we were introduced to the wonderful Jeff Gerardi, and our pre-existing fears of "evil blood sucking lawyers" melted away. Jeff was kind, patient, and very clear in his guiding us through the unknown process ahead of us.
A year and a half later, my wife and I are back to full health. Jeff Gerardi helped us manuever the tricky insurance battlefields, and we walked away with enough money in our settlement to get married, pay off all of our student loans, and make a down payment on a house!!
What could have been the worst event of our lives, ended up being a massive blessing in disguise. And Jeff Gerardi was the man who made it all happen for us.
We couldn't recommend Jeff Gerardi, and Joye Law Firm any higher. They were simply perfect.

I was involved in an automobile accident, broadsided by a drunk driver. Two weeks after the accident, when my pain increased, I realized I would need an attorney. I looked for a smaller office, as I generally experience better service from a smaller - more focused on my needs - business. After some "Google research", I chose Taylor Law Firm and two others from a long list of potential attorneys. Van was the first to reply (personally) to my web-based request for consultation. Three days later, one of the other two offices had a paralegal contact me, the third never bothered.
Taylor Law Firm is a Father & Son business, they treat their clients and their peers with respect, and they are personally involved with all aspects of their cases. Van is a personable, charismatic and trustworthy (if somewhat chatty) character; it would be difficult not to like Van. I was immediately comfortable with him during the consultation, his stated fees were standard and reasonable. He knows his business and he knows his limitations and he knows how and when to best use his abilities. Throughout the case, Van personally initiated communication with me - making sure I was kept up to date on any activity. Van's son, Howard, (habla español) is also a seasoned injury attorney with a very friendly demeanor. Further, I can't say enough about the skills and knowledge of Geri, the firm's legal assistant. On the few occasions that I did have a specific question, Geri was able to immediately provide viable advice/responses.
