My immigration situation wasn’t easy.
In 2016 I gave my case to a “reputable” polish attorney.
It was hard to believe but 8 years flew by with lack of any results which left me hopeless, depressed and sad.
Not only he did not progress my case at all, but exposed me to the higher risk of the potential removal proceedings.
I honestly doubted I’d ever become a “legal” resident.
Not to mention how terrifying it was to even think of possible permanent returning to Poland after 24 years in USA.
My case seemed hopeless until a friend referred me to Justin Burton's office. As soon as I met him I knew he was a true professional and expert in the immigration law.

I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life.
My wife and I recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy with David Feinartz. The entire process as orchestrated by David was superb. But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. Unfortunately the answer is no. Why, at the age of 71, I did not want to advertise that our financial condition was such that we required the expertise of David Feinartz. I was ashamed that we had to file for bankruptcy.
David was recommended to us through a friend that admitted that he had experience bankruptcy and what a wonderful experience is was to work with David. Following up on our friends recommendation, we certainly found that to be true. We had been fighting financial problems since 2009 only going deeper and deeper in debt. Our only knowledge we had about bankruptcy and bankruptcy attorneys was through commercials on TV......................... and these guy"s can certainly scare you.
On our friends recommendation, we met with David and found him to be calm, and understanding of our concerns, even our terror of our future. David, after calming us down, explained the options we had ahead of us, made a recommendation as to how he would proceed. We have completed our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and starting over. We will always be grateful to David as well as our friend who recommended David to us for changing our life.

We were in a horrific motorcycle accident on 9/12/14. My son hired Andrew for us as he knew we needed a good lawyer. We eventually met Andrew when he flew in to take our case. He assured us that he would take care of everything for us, that all we would have to do was take care of ourselves. I almost did not live through the trauma and did not come home from nursing home till 1/5/15 and still had long road of recovery ahead of me.
Andrew flew in to meet with us at the hospital, nursing home, and then our home many of times and by phone also to check in with us and assure us he would get us a good settlement. He took care of everything for us, we mailed all correspondence and bills to him and never had to worry about anything. He and his associates did everything for us. We only had to worry about ourselves and getting better. He brought in a local attorney John Foley to help in the case in case we would have to go to court here in Providence. That never happened, they settled our case in less than two years and got us a wonderful settlement that will allow us to live out the rest of our changed lifestyle in the new comfort our bodies slow us. My husband and I live in constant pain now but thanks to what Andrew did for us we can try to enjoy the new life we were given. We would recommend Andrew Kass to anyone looking for a good lawyer.
