This is a real review from a real customer of hers when she worked at bogan's muns and muns. I was around 18 years old when this happened I am 36 about to be 37. I had a horrible car accident where somebody rear-ended me I was sitting at a dead stop in a 91 Camaro and I got rear-ended by somebody in a crown Victoria doing 55 miles an hour and they never hit the brakes it took out the c3 and c4 in my neck, the L5 and s1 in my lower back where sciatica is and my t11 so pretty much my whole spine was destroyed at around 18 years old she tried settling the first time for like $10,000 and she would have got a third of that so I would have ended up with 7500 all of these injuries are degenerative the doctor said the only reason he doesn't recommend surgery for me is because I was young and the side effects could be morbid those are his words exactly so if she was a good lawyer she would have known that this is a permanent issue that I have and it's just going to get worse as I get older so we said no we are not settling for that and she was trying to convince us to settle for that so she could hurry up and get the case over and get the money she ended up getting it up to more for me but not much now I'm about to be 37 and I'm trying to file for disability because all those issues I had are degenerative which means only get worse if she was a good lawyer she would have known this and got way more money and they had the insurance to give me but she couldn't pull the strings to get the proper job done so I ended up pretty much having enough money to buy a truck and start a company and I did but I'm still mad because at the young age I was she should have known I was never going to be able to do what I wanted to from that point on yet she still settled on something low only because she just wanted to get paid she doesn't care about you all she cares about is making a dollar off of you and I just seen that she was disciplined and her license was taken away and she wasn't allowed to practice in Georgia she's a horrible person and a horrible lawyer. I was trying to figure out a way to sue her for basically failing me. I'm 37 and can't lift over 27 lb for the rest of my life and that's what they told me when the accident happened but now all the injuries are worse and that is real I can't carry over 20 lb right now without pinching my sciatica or messing up my neck and having a horrible headache for a week on end. She should have known what all this was going to end up leading to and got me enough money to where I could actually do something with it no and I was really mad when she tried to settle on 10,000 I don't know how she still has a license but I'm pretty sure there's a reason why she's not at I think she had to start her own practice because nobody wanted her. I mean seriously I've been living a long time hating this woman wondering is there any way I can get her and when I go to look at her online I find out that she has been disciplined and her licensed was taken away from her for a while yeah, a good attorney gets their license taken away. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this woman find yourself a real lawyer. And she is absolutely fake

Clay was the right lawyer at the right time. I was rear ended and had to have two disc replacements. I had several legal issues involving a fraud case perpetrated against my elderly aunt. I have worked with many attorneys in several states & Gary was one of the top two in my life's experience. He was unique in that he responded very quickly to e-mails almost 24 hours a day. He is past president of the Ohio Bar which should tell you more than any rating service. He was thorough and accurate in his assessment and recommended actions and he had a common sense approach to a difficult legal problem. He was also very personable in dealing with my elderly and somewhat difficult aunt. I ended up using his services for an issue in Florida as well, which he also was able to settle for me, somewhat to my surprise, as I had been working on that for a couple of years with other legal counsel (he is licensed in Florida also). Fees were not cheap, but were very reasonable for the services provided. I can recommend this man without reservation, especially for cases requiring good interpersonal skills to resolve. I can only indicate one area below in type of cases, but he handled divorce settlement for my daughter and estate work for my aunt as well.

I just closed my 1st loan with MRM Attorneys at Law. I am loving them and especially Samantha Melendez. Closing loans can be complicated and finding a title company that can keep up in this fast changing environment can be difficult. They were quick, responsive and problem solvers AND when I got an email from Samantha that said to close on time "I need the loan package 3 hours prior to closing" and NOT 3 days, I was sold. *** Buyers Beware *** It took me months to gather my thoughts as to not review this Law Firm hastily. I attempted to resolve this with the Attorney's Office, Realtor and Sellers. Sorry, this review is not short. At the end of September of 2023, my husband and I closed on our first home together. This is just a little 900 sq ft fixer upper to live out our lives in.
You hope and pray that when you buy a home that a Lawyer's Ethical and Moral Code is beyond reproach. Not with this Attorney (Mutarelli), or the closing associate (Samantha). In my Closing documents I was responsible for for the last 3 months of the year, and the Sellers were to pay the 9 months prior. This is in my closing documents in "Black and White". The issue was the "Assessed Taxes". They were not disclosed to us at closing even though the Tax Office when I went in to file Homestead Exemption informed me that Trim Notices were sent out to the Sellers and apparently is "Public" Knowledge, Something that a line of Attorneys, Title Companies, and Realtors would have known and had "Experience" in since this is nothing new in any closing. Just to catch you up (Buyers beware) The taxes at closing were assessed at the prior year $ 482.11. not the 2023 taxes when we actually closed. That meant my taxes for 2023 that I should only have been responsible for jumped from (3) months of the $482.11 owed to $2,555.32 when I went in to file Homestead Exemption.
