While walking through the crosswalk with my family I was struck by a vehicle and injured. It was a difficult time made more complex by the fact that I had no experience with the legal system or how medical billing for injuries work differently. My massage therapist recommended I hire an attorney and it was the "you won't have to talk to the insurance company again" part that sold it. Carter is an expert at what he does: detailed, persistent and a clear communicator. I'm grateful to have hired him. He told me exactly what the process was going to look like and followed up well. As a former admin I respect how well Carter kept track of details. At one point I was upset to receive a large bill from the Physical therapist that Carter was able to sort out for me. Without his expertise I would not have understood my rights, or gotten my settlement, which was sizable. Carter is a shrewd negotiator but more importantly, he is a quality human being and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Carter hick helped me a lot after I was in a bike vs car accident. He helped me get my bike replaced in a matter of months, set up a pip claim under my insurance since the person who hit me didn't have pip and then once I was done with all of my medical treatment he got the pip claim reimbursed in addition to the settlement I got from the other persons insurance. During the process I had an ER visit, appointments with my doctor, x-rays, CT scan, chiropractic care and massages done to help with my recovery process and Carter was able to make sure that I didn't have to pay out pocket for any of it. He worked with me over the course of a year or so and made sure I was informed about everything and felt confident with his expertise. Very nice guy and very approachable.

I hired Bryon Johnson when I kept getting the run around from Farmers insurance company when their client rear ended me when I was stopped to make a left hand turn, with brake lights on and turn signal. I was injured and needed medical help. Bryon worked to get my car fixed and medical bills paid and kept me informed of updates as we went along. Although it took awhile to work through the insurance system Bryon Johnson negotiated a final satisfactory settlement with the insurance companies. I highly recomend him. by distracted drivers. We had never been in an accident before. We

We found Drew because another lawyer told us he was good at taking cases that are unusual. That he knows how to fight these cases that nobody else wanted to take.
Drew was straight forward with our case and the costs involved during our consult. Drew is straight forward no sugar coating the situation. I appreciated this because I knew he was authentic.
We had to put in work but Drew told us if we did some things on our own it would save us a lot of money. It also helped us in remembering some details that we may have forgotten.
Drew is intelligent and at times I felt dumb not understanding him but not to worry he would break things down in layman’s terms until we got it.
At times I was unsure of communication as he wouldn’t answer emails as often as I would have liked but he is a busy attorney and this didn’t stop him from knowing all the details of the case and looking up laws to fight it. Drew knows his stuff! He was determined to win this case by using his knowledge and knowing the law. I was amazed watching him represent me so well. Literally couldn’t have found a better lawyer. When I first contacted Andrew Yi, I had planned on meeting with several lawyers so I could shop around and really get one I was comfortable with, since my previous encounters had been pretty terrible. I've even had a lawyer call me AFTER the case was settled, only to bill me over $100 for a follow up phone call that lasted five minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going through all that again. But after meeting with Andrew, I knew I didn't need to talk to anyone else. Even though he told me exactly what to expect, he was still very reassuring and friendly. I never felt like I was just a client to him. He really seemed to care about me and my case from the very beginning. Not only that, but he showed incredible aptitude in the court room, and everything went so much smoother than I had imagined. He speaks the language of the prosecutors, and seemed to have no trouble getting what he wanted.
I certainly hope I will not need a lawyer again any time soon, but in the unlikely event that I do, I will be contacting Andrew Yi immediately.

Mr. Lieb took on my Workman’s Comp claim just weeks before the trial because I tried to do the work myself. Handing my claim over to Wayne and his team became my saving grace. You warned me about your experience with another attorney and while I know your worries were valid, I just wanted you to know that everything got settled in time. I was dealing with a battle of attrition because opposing counsel wasn't subpoenaing their witnesses. After we delt with so many continuances (most of which occurred the day of our scheduled trial), we eventually settled and the rest is history after 5 years. We stood firm and we won.
