I don’t think I’ve ever had so much attention from an attorney as I have with Dale. Didn’t matter the time of day or the day of the week… he responded. He picked up my call on a Sunday and he said “when there’s work to do, it doesn’t matter what day it is” He’s one of the best there is and he’s extremely experienced. He takes the time to really understand the issue and has an impeccable reputation for a reason. I highly recommend him.

We were about to close on refinancing our home in the desert and we were needed an attorney review of the closing documents. The problem is we couldn't find an attorney in the desert who would complete the review quickly.
I spoke with Dale on a Tuesday, and he recommended an attorney who completed the review the next day and we were able to close on time. Amazing result!!!!

I had purchased a home and found mold within the first week of moving into the residence. Michael was referred to me by a friend and he jumped on it right away. Michael came to my home for the consultation which was a pleasant surprise. I retained him right away and we eventually recovered 90% of the remediation costs from the seller and realtor who hid the mold. I have recommended him and will continue to do so.

I was misled by my dealership and car manufacturer about my car being a lemon and was told I had no recourse. Larry gave me a free and fair appraisal of my case and told me he could help me out. I really felt that if he couldn't help me, he would be honest with me and not waste my time. A few months later Larry got everything taken care of and a buy back for my car. Larry took care of everything and I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents and fax some papers to him. Most importantly his fee doesn't come out of your Lemon Law settlement. Couldn't recommend Mr. Hoddick enough.

I contacted Rhona regarding filing a partition/lis pendens suit against another family member. When i called her she was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. She was willing to talk to me for quit a bit in regard to the matter and explained the process and what i could expect. She was very upfront and transparent about how to handle the matter. I was impressed that when we were talking there was no rush to get off the phone. I made up my mind by the end of the conversation and set up a appointment to meet her and start the process.
We met, I paid the retainer and started process. She sent a demand letter to the other party shortly after outlining that I had retained her and how we would move forward with the partition if this could not be settled immediately. In short, The other party realized that things were going to get serious and agreed to list the property at a reasonable price, and the property sold thereafter.
This avoided a costly battle thru the court system. When this ended Rhona contacted me and said she would now close out the account she had with the retainer. Within i couple weeks I received back a refund on the amount not used with a breakdown of charged time.
I would use her services again without worry because she is honest, transparent and is always available if you need to talk to her.

Bill is not only a terrific attorney but also a good human being. I met Bill in '92 when he handled a misdemeanor criminal case for me and won the case at trial before a jury. He also represented me in several PI/auto accident cases over the decades and got THE BEST OUTCOME POSSIBLE. I have also approached Bill on several other civil matters and he talked me out of filing by explaining that I had no chance of winning. I found another lawyer to file on one case Bill refused, lost the case, and got hit w/a $69K legal bill payable to the party I sued. I had to file BK to avoid paying the 69K and believe it or not Bill helped me with the BK for free.
If you seek an attorney, Bill is your best bet. He'll go to war for you and, if you have little chance of winning, or no case, he'll let you know. Bill only gets paid if his client gets paid, that's a fact.

Mr. Koontz was a terrible lawyer. The first meeting he seemed sincere. He came recommended hence why I blindly trusted him. I presented him with two problems/issues. One was settled about 1.5 years after I approached him. The other problem, I asked if he can handle it. He said very confidently, "yes." I kept asking about the second problem throughout the time the other case was going on. He said he was handling it. In the end... too much time has passed and I am no longer able to make a claim and I lost out on $1 million. He did not even mention the second problem/issue when a settlement for my first issue was paid. He just got his money and never looked back. This is one of many times he did not keep in touch with me about what went on. I could have asked another lawyer to help me if he could not help me. Secondly, I had given documents to him that I needed for a case in another country. He lost those documents. I guess I expected my lawyer to be responsible so I never made copies of the documents I gave him (also there were thousands of pages and I did not have the ability to copy every thing). Anyways, not having those documents has cost me a full investigation in the other country and now I have lost about $2-3 million from lack of proof.
This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a lawyer. I have dealt with about 10 lawyers in my lifetime and maybe 2 in the area which Mr. Koontz has "helped" me in. He lacks communication, responsibility, sincerity, and professionalism.

He really screwed me out of a lot of money and didn't accomplish a thing. I was out 10k and the bills were just racking up. Nothing was happening in my case though. I was paying him what I could, about 200 a month. I didn't have any lump sum money left to pay him after the 10k. Just before a court date his office informed me he was not going to continue representing me unless I paid him another 8k upfront. I told them I was paying him all I could, so he quit my case. He left me right where we started over a yr prior only without any money and without representation. I mean it, absolutely nothing had been accomplished in my case after all that money and ask that time. I immediately stopped paying him at that point. I had already paid him close to 15k and my case had gone nowhere. He spent all the time in court arguing with the opposing attorney or requesting continuance just to rack up fees. I really think he and the other attorney (Richard Gahn) had a racket going together to rack up fees for their clients. Now, his office continually calls threatening me if I don't pay him. I've given him ALL I'm going to give him for the lack of service I received. I will have to say, he is kind, seems to know his stuff or where to find answers, and he seemed prepared for court .He did seem to know my case when he got to court, which is more than most can say about a lot of lawyers.
