My name is Johnathan I literally called just to get a little bit advice and a different perspective from another attorney to see what I can do with my case she set me up with a free consultation called me back immediately and sat on the phone with me 48 minutes out of her day gave me so much information and knowledge on my case it benefit me in so many ways she communicated things to me that my own lawyer didn’t even do. The impression she gave me on her in less than an hour was amazing taking the fact that I didn’t even see her face I would strongly recommend her to anyone very knowledgeable knows what she’s talking about get straight to the point and really acts like she cares about her clients. Definitely give her five stars definitely give her 110 out of 100 rating. Hope I don’t have to but if I ever need a lawyer she’ll be the first when I contact.

Being involved in any car accident out of state at someone else’s fault was a little scary. We didn’t known where to start. We were referred to Mr. Barber and were in great hands throughout the entire process. They were very thorough, fair and communicative. It took a year as these things do but they were wonderful for the entire year. Hopefully we don’t need them again but if we do, at least we know who to trust.

This summer I was arrested for an Assault Family Violence in Kaufman County. I have never been in trouble before, so I immediately called Mr. Stovall regarding my arrest and he worked with my family on getting my bond posted with a local bail bond company. I got a speeding ticket of 31 miles, yes 31 miles over the speed limit (71 in a 40mph) and Paul successfully kept it off my driving record, wow! Some attorneys wanted $500 and several turned my case down but not Mr. Richardson's intake assistant Lacy. She encouraged me to pay them the $90 and promised Paul would take care of me and he sure did. THANK You!!! : )

Andrew was wonderful! He was incredibly helpful, as was everyone at the Barber Law Firm. I was very impressed with the fact that he always responded to my e-mails personally, and never made me feel like I was annoying or bothering him. We were in contact on average once every week or two and I always felt like I knew where my case stood. He even took time to respond to me over Christmas vacation when I was having problems with the insurance company. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Andrew and I would not hesitate to hire him or anyone at the Barber Law Firm again. I feel like he did a great job representing me and my case, and reached a settlement far greater than I ever had imagined. I briefly consulted with Jennifer. She was not a fit for my case, but I had a great experience talking with her.
She was straight forward and too the point, but managed to accomplish this without coming across condescending, let's be frank, a skill most lawyers are incredibly lacking in.
Not only that, she showed great competence by explaining exactly what was going on in her legal reasoning, without resorting to handwaving.
She was able to take complex legal topics and boil them into a brief sentence.

Howard is most likely the most honest and straightforward attorney with whom I have ever had the privilege to interact. I never thought I would ever hire an attorney for anything. Ms. Blacknall handled my divorce case (and me) with finesse and compassion in a manner that I have heard no other similarly unfortunate friends describe their own experiences, with other firms.

I had to terminate representation due to the extreme lack of response from Greyson, which his secretary even admitted that she did not know why he was like that.
when I finally did talk to him he said to send him the parole paperwork back and he would send us back the retainer. Almost a month has passed since I sent the packet in perfect condition, verified with his secretary that he said he had received the packet but is “working” on the refund.
Now my calls go unanswered(unless i call from a different number) and I get no response from any of them. This is highly unprofessional. Will be reporting him to the state bar because this is simply unacceptable. I would not trust an attorney who lies and avoids communication with any client or former client.
