Jon and his team are absolutely amazing. I was referred to him and I am so happy I was. He was incredibly helpful throughout my entire case. He was always avaliable to answer my questions when I called no matter how big, small, or silly. He made a very stressful situation much easier and really put me at ease. Any time there was a bump in the road he handed it and he got it done. Jon isn't just a great lawyer, he is an all around great guy. He makes you feel like a friend, not just a client. I had a deeply frustrating experience with Ross family law that I feel compelled to share. My interaction with this firm, particularly with their receptionist, was marked by unprofessionalism and a lack of genuine support. I was seeking legal assistance with a challenging child custody and child support dispute, but my experience with this firm was far from satisfactory.
From the outset, the receptionist’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. When I called to inquire about potential legal representation, I was met with a curt and indifferent response. Rather than offering any assistance or guidance, the receptionist informed me that all the attorneys at the firm were fully booked and either could not or would not take on new cases. This response was not only frustrating but seemed to be a blanket refusal rather than a genuine assessment of the firm’s capacity.
What was most concerning about this interaction was the lack of willingness to explore any potential for assisting with my case or even directing me to someone who might help. Instead of providing a referral or suggesting alternative steps, the receptionist’s demeanor suggested a complete disinterest in addressing my needs. This kind of response is deeply unprofessional and reflects poorly on the firm’s commitment to client service.
Moreover, the refusal to consider my case based on an apparent overbooking issue, without any attempt to understand the specifics of my situation, felt dismissive. It is troubling to think that a law firm would turn away clients so readily, especially in sensitive family law matters where legal representation can be crucial.
In addition, the lack of follow-up or alternative solutions provided by the receptionist was particularly disappointing. A professional law firm should have protocols for dealing with such inquiries, including offering referrals to other attorneys or providing preliminary advice on how to proceed in the absence of their services.
In summary, my experience with Ross family law was marred by an unprofessional and unhelpful attitude from their receptionist, coupled with a blanket refusal to assist with my case. This lack of willingness to engage with potential clients, combined with poor customer service, makes me highly skeptical of their commitment to client care. I fell at work on an indoor-outdoor carpet that had the carpet at the entrance folded over causing me to trip and fall. My left shoulder was seriously injured, The examining physician recommended a shoulder replacement as the best course of action as opposed to doing nothing or arthroscopic repair. None of these were acceptable as I am 69 years old. Mr. Martin is an excellent, knowledgeable advocate.
