If you are taking the time to read these reviews, you are more than likely in the same extremely stressful, nightmare of a situation I was in before I made the call to Attorney Sam Caccavale. Trust me when I tell you, it is absolutely worth making the call. Sam was and still is incredible. My workers comp. injury case was dragged out for almost 2 years because my company and the insurance company fought us every single step of the way and I can honestly say Sam is the reason I got treatment and benefits. He is right there with you through every step and knows exactly what needs to be done. He is always on the ball with what you need to be successful in the fight you will more than likely face. He is very well respected by the Judges you will go before and they all were impressed with his work. One of the things as a client, I appreciate most about Sam is his honesty. Mike from the very outset was a very informative, patient caring individual. Recommended by a family member, I was still leery of using him. After contacting some huge well known Firms in Downtown Boston and asked by them if I had already contacted any attorneys, I mentioned Mikes name and was told, " If Mike can't get it done, no one can "
It proved to be all true. He ensured the workman comp company compensated me fairly and my medical needs met. I was hurt on the job ending up having to have a 3 level back surgery and a total hip replacement. Not only that but he connected me with an attorney in the state that the companies involved , were held liable on the personal injury side of things. Mike was implemental in me being compensated in a generous settlement ensuring my family and I are taken care for.

I sustained a repetitive strain injury as a result of numerous years working as a bank teller at a high volume drive thru. There have been many times I have either personally used Bob Ahearn and he is the BEST.
Many years ago a car drove thru my parents home and trapped my nephew under the car, without hesitation Bob was by my families side assuring that everything would be OK. Bob is not only extremely professional, but he understands emotions and is very nonjudgmental.

Be aware, Gave Brian 10,000 deposit was the only time he answered his phone or texts. Ask to have an update on filings he was suppose to make every Fridays, never did once ! February till May never did anything on my case. Caught him in many lies. Asked for all my info and my deposit on the same day he then started working on my case too little too late NEVER got any money back for ZERO work calling the State Licensing board and Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers Today!

Attorney B. Sullivan failed to prepare a written fee agreement for us to sign as required by Massachusetts rules. Subsequently, B. Sullivan filed a lawsuit in Barnstable District Court,, B.S failed to file a default required by Massachusetts Court rules. B.S. again failed to provide documentation at the hearing that “ explained the contract language”
and identify the lien and draft a more complete financial statement. As a result of B. Sullivan’s egregious negligence and incompetence, the trial court dismissed the lien and lawsuit. B. Sullivan continues to restate false claims to the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers to avoid disbarment.

My lawyer recommended Judge Smoot for a highly contested divorce involving both division of assets and parenting plan.
Judge Smoot’s background is as a judge, he told us literally what a judge would most likely do and gave his fair feedback. Sometimes my ex did not like this and sometimes i did not. That is the point of mediation. He was especially great at keeping my ex’s rage under control and keeping all feelings leveled.
I should add that both Judge Smoot and the office managers and assistants were very pleasant, kind and caring. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
