One of the most scariest positions is placing your trust in an Attorney. I am so grateful to have come across Justin King. From day one I felt relaxed and comfortable, he listened and took notes. Justin is one of the most humble individuals you'll come across. I was involved in a car accident and I was very afraid of finding an attorney but after my consultation with Justin I never gave it a second thought. Throughout the case nothing but professionalism. His staff was excellent and very friendly. Justin treated my case as if it were his own. He is an attorney with integrity that places his clients interest first , with a passion for his work. I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. Jonathan always kept in touch with me and was wonderful about answering my questions. He was always super responsive to my emails and phone calls. Jonathan worked hard and was able to secure a settlement for me in a surprisingly short time frame. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, and very kind and understanding. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an attorney.

About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

I had a great experience with this office. The process of my case was long but ebrytime I had a question they would always have an answer for me. My case has finally been finalized and I couldn't be happier. I had a lawyer previous to here and It was horrible coming here and speaking with Omar it was a breath of fresh air. Mr Naime provided amazing legal representation to me during a tumoltuous child support ordeal with the father of my daughter. Not only was he readily available for case questions, he too was compassionate and kind as well as always willing to work with my financial situation. Mr. Naime was my 4th and last attorney in a nearly 4 year divorce. Now I know what makes a great family law attorney. Mr. Naime knows and cares about the law and his clients. He relies on his superior intelligence and knowledge of the law to win your case. I believe he was the only attorney I had who was actually honest with me and worked hard on my case. He allowed me to make my own decisions about my case. The other attorneys I used seemed to keep me dark in order to make their job easier. You are completely reliant on your attorney in a divorce and if you question who's side they're actually on repeatedly, something is wrong. I truly felt Mr. Naime had my back, was honest and forthright with me and actually practices the law with the high ethical standards and responsibility the U.S. public expects from a family law attorney.

Going to court can be VERY stressful! Art Burga at Burga Law Firm eases that stress. It's hard to find a lawyer that will keep you updated on your case on a regular basis. He is a lawyer that answers, and returns, phone calls promptly (even with his busy schedule).
He has represented me in both Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. And from my understanding, he does work in San Francisco and out of state as well. So don't let location be a factor in choosing a lawyer.
I usually only Yelp if it's a great service or bad service (or product). I guess it has to stand out in order for me to take the time to yelp.
Take it from a satisfied client. Choose Art Burga for your Family Law cases.
(Oh yeah, I have also used him for a name change... I'm sure he does much more beyond family law and name changes, so call and find out)

Attorney Burga is helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. He recently helped me with my case. Any and all questions I had, he was able to answer on the spot. He was easily accessible to me, and I was able to contact him at various times with my questions. The Grant Law Firm is AMAZING!!! I was having some financial issues the past year due to lay offs and unfortunately my home went into foreclosure. I applied for a modification but the bank denied it. I met with Jennifer to discuss my options. She was really nice. After meeting with her we were able to file and i was able to keep my home and get rid of some other debt.
If you're having issues similar to mine I suggest you call them. It's been a long stressful and embarrassing battle but now i can finally sleep comfortably.

Wow! I can't say enough good things about the Law Offices of Justin King. Attitude starts at the top, & this firm is top tier. They represented me (& yes we won!) for an injury I sustained while riding my motorcycle westbound on the 10. Someone changed lanes without looking, which resulted in a knee injury, a lot of physical therapy, & a totaled motorcycle. I wasn't sure what to do or if this were even something worth pursuing. I found Justin's webpage & sent a quick message to him on a Saturday night then thought nothing of it. My first call from Justin was Sunday morning. I was immediately impressed. After hearing a bit of my story & asking a few questions I was ready to have Justin represent me. My first question was "How much do I need to come up with to get this started? Justin replied, you don't owe anything until we win. Not unless, until. That set the tone of the next 2 years of my life. As your case progresses it'll require work from you & a whole team working to represent you. Staci will call & let you know she's emailing documents that require signatures; Garrett will call to ask for details they need to understand & yes, he will call to remind you that you forgot to sign a document 3 days earlier. These are great people who genuinely care. They will take time to understand your needs & they communicate every step of the way. If you are injured, you need to call Justin & his team right away. You will not be disappointed!

Attorney Brian Skibby hands down is by far the most trusted ethical attorney I have ever met, and had the privilege to retain. My family was swept up in legal issues with my high schooler that should not have escalated the way they had. We were being pushed through the juvenile legal system to plea when I found Brian through a network of attorneys that referred him with the utmost respects. I hesitate in any legal matter to work with lawyers or attorneys, as many of us in our lifetimes do not have even good experiences. Brian Skibby has changed my perspective on attorneys on all levels. Kept second guessing myself when I considered switching attorneys but it turned out to be the best decision I made. The case manager at the first law office I hired was never available and even when he was he would tell me there were no updates. After 4 months of getting no where I called around and found Krasney Law. They ended up settling my case within 3 months!!

Contacted other law firms and they answered some of my questions but made me feel like I was being pushed to just hurry up and "sign up". I reached out to Krasney Law and my case manager was so patient, and answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was obligated to hire them.
