Mr. Malcolm just had to deal with a case of mine for over 5 years, where most attorneys would have just caved and would have settled for 10% of what I received. My other attorneys just floated my case to him, thinking it wasn't worth their time. Mr. Malcolm had patience and knew that I had been wronged, he fought for my case and eventually got me even more than I had ever expected. I would still trade what I had received to go back in time and delete that day, undo what happened. My experience with Sean and Russ was excellent! I originally hired another firm that I found through a google search that was absolutely terrible! After being referred to Toni Alfieri by a mutual acquaintance, I was impressed with Tony's approach to our initial meeting and my legal situation: a hit and run rear-ended car accident. Using his own personal time, he conveniently set up our first appointment for an interview to get acquainted with me. Having a great amount of personal knowledge regarding neck, shoulder, and back injuries and the pain involved, he was able to 'draw me a mental picture' of how to proceed with our legal case and what I could expect.

I know Eric handles a lot of “big” cases. He represented me in boating DUI, which was a “big” case to me. I had refused the breath test – which is a $2,000,00 fine. He beat that. The DUI charge itself he was able to get reduced to a non-criminal traffic ticket. He is a competitive person and gave my case the same attention as he does the higher profile cases.

He is excellent with giving out information that all should know about retirement and the cost of healthcare. I as a physician learned how to not lose everything financially due to healthcare cost by the time I am 85. Unfortunately only 1 patient of all my Medicare patients has listened to the advice I gave to them from Mr. Tuttle’s radio talk 5-7 years ago. I always listened to his radio time replayed on Sunday as I headed down to the nursing home to see patients. How ironic!

Ray started well with the initial phone call, but after that never communicated anything unless directly called. Never responded to a single e-mail, never had any status update when called. Only seemed to do anything when on the phone, and was obviously scrambling because he hadn't done anything, when I initiated the call. My case didn't seem to matter to him. Poor experience, would not recommend.

I used to work for Rick's partners, and felt that he was pretty competent and trustworthy. However, Rick has not acknowledged my email in any way. I realize that there may be some kind of a problem with this service rather than an intentional failure to respond. Just ignoring a contact would not be professional in my opinion, So, my vote is still out due to lack of information but I will put up an overall rating since this service requires it.
