I was recommended to Jeremy November 2017 when a tragic car accident happened and put me out of my sport for some months and i was injured! I called his office and had a consultation that same week and i hired him immediately. He made me feel like i was part of his team, he made me feel like i can trust him to help me get my situation handled and i would have a great recovery! I worked w/ Dennis Stout as my attorney, though I met w/ Jim first, as his firm came recommended to me by another attorney as "the gold standard" for their services. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did for me, and the results. Dennis and his associates had to follow many paper trails and deal with J&J attorneys that made this particular case a miasma of processes to figure out. I am SO glad I did not make a "class action" choice. Dennis was quite accessible and the lengthy process was always fully explained. It took time but was ultimately worth it. I highly recommend the firm.

I was involved in an auto accident. Realistically speaking, more often than not, insurance companies don’t always have your best interest at heart. I felt confused. Dan Shapiro saved my life. If it weren't for Dan Shapiro I could be in a world of hurt right now. Although I was factually innocent, serious charges had been brought against me by someone seeking to use the legal system to retaliate. And even though I did not commit the crime that I was accused of, my defense wasn't perfect. Certain factors gave the appearence that the crime could have possibly happened. Enough so, that the District Attorney's Office was pursuing a conviction. The Police officer who arrested me had decided that I was guilty or deserved punishment even though I was innocent and and made the scenario worse by lying in his police report to make me look worse.
I was truly crushed as a human being, my family and loved ones were as well, very distraught over the entire event. My life had never been worse than it was at this point.
All of this is over now thanks to Dan. The case has been completely dismissed.
The difference between Dan and other lawyers from what I can tell is this.
1) Dan really cares about his clients. Dan really cares about other people and genuinely wants to help. When Dan decides that he will accept you as a client, he does everything he can to ensure the best result he can get for your case.
2) Dan gets to the root of the Law, stripping away the confusions and complexities which other lawyers bog themselves down in.
3) Dan has a good attitude, is intelligent and is very professional. Judges, Prosecuting Attorney's and Jury's cant help but to like Dan and give credence to what he has to say in the Courtroom. Which might make a difference in how they view your case.
To summarize;
If you want a Lawyer who will really care about your case and do everything he can within the Law to get you the best outcome possible, Dan is the man.

Mr. Kennedys team worked hard on my case like I was a family member. He even showed up at one of my Doctors appointment for support. I was involved in a car accident. Rear ended on the frwy while all other cars had stopped except the two cars behind me. I was hit by someone going at 60 miles and I was at a dead stop. I would not give any stars for this company. I had dealt with Chris Kiernan in evicting a nonpaying tenant back in 2022. Chris Kiernan was not communicative with me at all throughout the almost two years (10/2020 - 8/2022) that it took to evict the tenant. I had to follow up constantly to see what the status was, and often times I wouldn't receive a response back until a month after I send the initial follow up email. The company ended up serving the papers the wrong person, the judgment/writ of execution/possession was filed incorrectly and needed to be resubmitted 2-3 times to the court. There were also significant delays that were avoidable with getting the sheriff to accompany us to change the locks to the property. From 1/2022, I was informed that the writ of possession was received and he would sent it to the sheriff so that we could change the locks with the sheriff that following week. It wasn't until four months later in 5/2022 that I took matters into my own hands and called the sheriff's office since I wasn't getting any updates from Chris. They informed me that the writ was sent back to the lawyer's office as it didn't include the cashier's check and the case number was written incorrectly. Chris resubmitted it for processing with the sheriff and told me that it was delivered, but when I called the sheriff, they said they didn't receive anything. Working with this company was extremely frustrating. Multiple documents needed to be resubmitted for processing with the courts and sheriff's office. I understand this was during a time of COVID where processing get delayed; however these delays were due to multiple avoidable user errors. Overall, I would not recommend this company to people dealing with evictions.

I contacted Mr. Serrano in regards to a possible medical malpractice case. He was very responsive and attentive to the specific details. He stated there was an issue with this statute of limitations which he felt had most likely run out. He also gave me referral to another attorney for a second opinion which I appreciated. After some time of reflection, I had some additional questions, and left a message with his front desk for a return phone call. This was last week. I never heard from him. Hired this attorney to represent my girls who were the cheerleaders in accident with Murrieta Mayor Alan Long. The girls were deposed and many questions that had to be filled out. We were told by Mr Serrano that Alan Long would be having to do same! We were informed only days prior for a mediation which was more of a bullying pressure tactic! I was told Alan Long was destitute that he owns nothing that he is upside down and is in bad financial shape! I later find out this not to be true and found out that Mr Serrano NEVER DEPOSED Alan Long! Mr Serrano states that I pushed for settlement which is a total fabrication! I have the messages that state I was not going that it was last minute and being pressured when I did not have enough information to make an informed decision! I also have Mr Serrano on recording stating my girls would not be charged for this meeting and when at this meeting the arbitrator said that was not true! So there is no trust and it is my belief he did not represent the girls best interest it was a fast buck and we are filing complaints with the bar association!
