Ron has been diligently helping me with my personal injury case for over six months at this point and I can’t recommend Truman and Radford enough for everything they’ve done. His response time is quick with concise communication which was important to me as I’ve never dealt with filing a personal injury claim before and didn’t know how the process worked. I can comfortably say I think we took the best course of action after my car accident last year and I don’t feel as though I have any remaining unanswered questions or doubts on the results. In dealing with Mr. Stephenson from the start. Everything I experienced seemed precise and forthcoming. There was no wasted time on superfluous info that did not help my case.
I did what was asked of me, and then Mr. Stephenson took it all from there.
Every inquiry into how the case was going was answered in a very timely manner, whether by phone or email.

I have known and worked with Chad for many years for many different situations. Personally he helped my wife and I with Business and Personal matters, such as potential Bankruptcy, estate planning and marital counseling. He has also been a great resource for me as a Principal Broker of a Real Estate Company, I have had several situations arise, that I needed his professional advice. He is always available, and if not right away he has gotten back to me quickly. We do not have him on retainer, but it's almost like I do. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Boyack Christiansen Legal Solutions during my divorce. From the very beginning, it felt like I had no one truly advocating for me. Despite the fact that there were no kids involved, and my ex had her own business — a business I helped build by putting her through college, paying her business taxes, and funding her overhead costs — she still walked away with all the proceeds from the house sale.
What’s worse, I had to do most of the negotiating myself. My lawyer seemed disinterested and unmotivated. I was the one who fought to reduce the alimony (indentured servitude) from 20 years to 10. Meanwhile, my ex had a legal team that was clearly fighting for her every step of the way. The imbalance was undeniable.
The situation only got worse. I was falsely accused of cheating — a blatant tactic used for leverage — and found myself surrounded by females who showed no interest in challenging those claims. I had no male representation, and it felt like my voice was ignored.
If you’re looking for a law firm that will fight for you, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Boyack Christiansen Legal Solutions left me feeling isolated, unsupported, and ultimately worse off than I should have been. I would not recommend them to anyone in need of real advocacy.

He was patient with me when I didn’t understand how to do something and helped me. He did not make me feel Stupid but helped me through the process. He was always very patient with me. I am writing this review because I feel a moral obligation to warn people about trusting this law firm.
From the outset, it is deeply concerning that the attorney failed to prioritize my case by neglecting to thoroughly review the information provided by the guardian ad litem. This negligence reflects a lack of professionalism and diligence on their part. By disregarding crucial documentation that could have supported my case, they effectively hindered my ability to present a strong argument in court.
Furthermore, the attorney's consistent denial of my requests to submit important documents is nothing short of unacceptable. As a client, I have the right to expect prompt and efficient service, especially when it comes to gathering evidence. The attorney's failure to prioritize my needs and instead divert their attention to unnecessary communication with the opposing party's attorney is a clear indication of their lack of commitment and disregard for my case.
Equally troubling is the attorney's attempt to pass me off to other attorneys under the guise of providing them with "experience." This is a direct betrayal of my trust and confidence in their abilities. When I hired this attorney, I did so with the expectation that they would personally handle my case and provide the necessary expertise. Instead, they attempted to pawn me off onto less experienced attorneys, essentially treating my situation as a learning opportunity at my expense.
The sense of bias that I felt from the beginning of my case is deeply distressing. It is the duty of any attorney to approach each case with objectivity and a commitment to ensuring their client's rights are protected. However, it appears that my attorney failed to uphold this fundamental principle. As a result, i was forced to constantly prove my worth as a fit mother, adding unnecessary stress and burden to an already difficult situation.
I would have never hired anyone from this law firm after my initial experience with Britt Beckstrom. However, after moving on and hiring Brian Eggleston, he moved to this law firm and my experience with Brian was even worse than my experience with Mr Beckstom.

He will act like he cares to your face then go behind your back and talk bad about you to opposing counsel. He is unprofessional and a liar. We hired a new attorney and he acted so surprised about many things that were brought up to his attention. Ended up finding out a lot of the thing he said and were told to him that were never once mentioned to us. I would recommend everyone to save their money and look elsewhere.

Shawn Farris said he could help me dispute a contract with my previous employer and get me what I was owed after paying his $50 consultations fee. I didn’t hear from him for 2 months after. He kept saying he was busy and would get to it. 2 months later he said he had a conference call with them and they sent a check for $1500 dollars. They owe me $60k! Then no contact after that! I got a bill from him for $1480! He won’t respond to emails or call back after leaving messages with his receptionist. Not very professional at all! I paid him and am now working with a real professional.
