Kampf, Schiavone & Associates are the best attorneys ever! Although my cases were difficult & complicated with multiple work injuries, Schiavone, Kampf & Associates never gave up on my cases with both, Workmen’s Comp, and my Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund case, also known as SIBTF. I started with Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates a few years back, & they were finally able to get the State Workmen’s Compensation Board & State (my employer) to come to a final agreement & we settled with a fairly good outcome for me, and I was very happy with that Permanent & Stationary settlement. It’s very difficult trying to settle any type of a case with the state of California, but my attorney’s at Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did just that for me., and they did it extremely well. They also found me great doctors to provide the lifetime medical care I needed, and where I live, that’s not an easy thing to do.
Immediately after my case was settled with Workmen’s Compensation, my attorneys advised me that I might qualify for the State SIBTF award. And my attorneys began the process of setting me up with the required various Medical evaluations, which didn’t take very long at all. I think the whole process of all the evaluation took about perhaps less than a year maybe, and then my attorneys set up with the State of CA SIBTF for SIBTF court hearings, which I did not have to go to at all. My attorney took care of everything For me.
Bottom line, my attorneys won me 100% with approximately 7.5-8 years of backpay, Plus a substantial monthly amount of income for the remainder of my life-span. I am very thankful for everything Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did for me. I don’t know what I would had done without them, & their help, but I do know this: Schiavone, Kampf, & Associates never gave up on me & my cases with them. They fought long & hard for me, and provided me with solid emotional support, when things felt too hard & overwhelming for me…they were always there for me. If not for Mr. Schiavone, the staff & my attorneys, Mark, Kathy, & Amy, Jessica, & litigation assistants, each & everyone of them, I would not be well off today, if not for these wonderful expert injury attorneys at Kampf, Schiavone & Associates. I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer to fight a case for me and wasn't sure how it would go, also the long waiting period up to the scheduled court date made me nervous. However J Brian Campbell's office had such great customer service whenever I called or emailed. They challenged the ticket for me on schedule and I finally got the best possible outcome- case dismissed!!

Robert is such an amazing attorney. I've had the pleasure of working with him as colleagues (my husband is a Chiropractor and we send our personal injury cases to him) but also as his client. There no one better to fight tooth and nail for you then him... He treats every case as if it were his own and has true empathy for his clients. I was in a car accident and was recommended by an attorney by my family. He gave me little hopes of winning my case and made me cry with his negative hopes knowing the accident was not my fault. He sent me a letter informing he was dropping my case. I was devastated and started praying for justice because I was not well at all health wise. I started searching online it was about 11pm and out of no where I found Robert Vetchtein and was able to speak with him that late at night. Attorney Shapiro took the case of a man who got crushed by a tree which the company was at fault for cutting the tree wrong . David died several times on the way to the hospital. He had many years of rehabilitation Mr Shapiro made sure everything got taken care of down to the last detail of him setting up long-term payments through all of the compensation he got as a result of this terrible tree accident. He not only set up David but he set up his children and his family and thanks to him to this day we're still being taken care of because of his kindness and thoughtfulness and professionalism as well as being a good friend. After two weeks of struggle with my auto shop tenants who cancelled and refused to purchase general liability (GL) and workers compensation (WC) insurance as per the lease agreement, my business attorney Mr. Eli Kantor referred me to Mr. Brian Cullen who immediately responded to my call and scheduled a meeting with me the following morning. The next day he served a "Three-Day Notice to Tenant to Perform Covenant or Surrender Possession", and within an hour of receiving the Notice, I received and email from the insurance company saying that my tenants bough both GL and WC, followed by a call from the tenant confirming that they bought the insurance.

Attorney Anyiam is extremely unprofessional and rude. In working with him I found that if you ask a question, he gets offended and snaps back. In addition, he can be very condescending and does not communicate well. If you hire him, I can pretty much guarantee that he will take your money, not provide an accounting of the expenses, and not follow through with your case. In fact, he will probably try to remove himself from your case. He definitely lacks integrity. Run while you can.
