I consulted Craig Walkon after talking to another attorney about a medical malpractice case I potentially had. The practice I talked to wasn't able to help me but highly recommended Mr. Walkon. Mr. Walkon listened to me with patience and he really cared about what I had been through not only physically but emotionally as well. He had me send him all of my records (which were a lot) and he took the time to go through them for free. Mr. He offered me solid legal advice and I was able to settle my case outside of a courthouse. It was his legal expertise that helped get me through my situation with out going from attorney to attorney. I didn't hire him as my attorney because he gave me such great advice I didn't need an attorney, yet he still answered my phone calls and let me ask him legal questions throughout my medical nightmare. He is very trustworthy and if I ever needed to consult an attorney again, I would go straight to Mr. Walkon.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. I was referred by a friend to attorney John P. Burns of the law offices of John P. Burns. John Burns and his staff took excellent care of me and my case. They also referred me to a nearby medical facility which gave me excellent medical care without me having to pay any out of pocket charges. What an experience it has been. I was rear-ended at high speed by a truck on the freeway. My car was smashed and both my wife and I were both hurt badly. Things only got worse when my own insurance company tried to delay my claim while they “investigated” what had happened.
I said enough is enough. I got out the phone book and found John Burns in the yellow pages. John Burns and his excellent staff got things moving right away. They got a fair settlement for the damage to my vehicle. They also helped me to get the treatment I needed and they got me a fair settlement for my injuries. I was in a terrifying accident. I was hit by a car while crossing the street in a cross walk. I was knocked into the air, and my head actually hit the car before I was thrown to the pavement, I was badly hurt, with injuries including a broken collar bone, a concussion and numerous abrasions. Emergency Medical Services took me to the emergency room and I had to spend the night in the hospital. It was a painful injury and it took time to recover.
I knew that I needed someone with experience to handle my case. John P. Burns and his Orange County, CA team knew exactly what to do. Brad helped us navigate a malpractice suit, and was able to get us to a great settlement. Mr. Walkon and his office have gone above and beyond my expectations. I called the office for advice on a malpractice suit and Bradley was so personable, empathetic, and extremely professional. I was an emotional wreck and he listened to me complain and then helped me with his knowledge and expertise, sympathizing but down to the facts. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me the facts and his honest opinion and experience. They took so much time out of their day to help me and it was just a consultation. They are not about money, they are genuinely about helping people and that’s what makes them different. I don’t normally take the time to do reviews but I had to leave one for them because it was such a great experience. They know their stuff and they also have a heart. Which is rare to find… I suggest you don’t need to call anybody else!

In my opinion, when it comes to legal representation it’s hard to find someone who legitimately cares. I didn’t have that issue with Courtney. She was there every step of the way. About 5 months ago I was rear ended on my bike on the fwy. My injuries were extensive. I couldn't work. The bills were piling up and I was afraid of losing everything I had. Hiring tom was the best decision of my life. He took over everything from the day I hired him. I finally felt like someone was on my side. He got me a great settlement. Had my bike fixed with no fee.
