I was in a bizarre not typical auto accident. When other attorneys heard that I rear-ended the car in front of me, they didn't even bother to listen to the HUGE extenuating circumstances before telling me they would not take the case. Tyrone took it!
Tyrone listened to me, helped me with my medical, and understood that the first few days I was not thinking well because of my concussion. He kept in touch and made my life easier and better.
After much hard work he got me a 6 digit settlement in spite of the fact that my own insurance said it was my fault. And my insurance rate didn't even go up.
If your case is a tiny typical case, do it yourself. Attorneys take a large percentage. However if your case it large or complex or one that needs a fighter on your side, this is the guy. No amount of money is worth being in an accident, but if an accident happens to you, be sure and make Tyrone Maho your first call! This office is an absolute joke. I made an appointment and dropped off all my new client paperwork in person the day of, only to be called approximately 1 hour prior to my appointment indicating they would be cancelling and rescheduling for 1 week later. Against my better judgement I waited the week, instead of seeking new counsel, only to be called 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying they would be conducting my 1 hour consultation over the phone. They were late calling me for the consultation and they had none of the paperwork I had dropped off at their office scanned in to the computer, and they informed me there was nobody in the office to see the paperwork. The one hour consultation lasted less than 30 minutes, during which I did most of the talking and Guneet Kaur informed me she would need more money to continue giving me service and, again, against my better judgement I filled out the requested paperwork authorizing her to charge my card. She proceeded to disappear for 3 days and did not respond to my calls or emails until I left a message over phone and email rescinding my authorization for her to charge my credit card and informing her I would NOT be retaining her as counsel. Collectively, her office is disorganized and unprofessional. She basically stole the $250 1 hour consultation fee, which she did not provide service in return for and wasted over a week of precious time, during which I should have been making progress on my case. I highly recommend you call, literally, anybody else.
Based on your petty and unprofessional response to my review, I wish to add "poor work ethic" to your list of undesirable qualities as an attorney.

Jeff helped my sister and I out with a personal injury case involving a car accident. Greg McMurray was a great find! A lawyer with impeccable credentials, known and respected by local lawyers and judges, with an approachable communication style that puts the client at ease while still conveying all the important information, extremely knowledgeable about the law, and experienced in how best to advocate for his clients. Mr. McMurray was my lawyer back in December of 2010 when I was arrested by the SB County Sheriff's department. I won't go into details, but I was in serious trouble and looking at some time behind bars.
In short I began to turn my life around I got myself into some local programs to deal with my personal problems. Taking Mr. McMurray's advice I worked hard to improve my situation. Mr. McMurray was truthful and helpful through the entire process, including giving me a payment plan option which helped a lot. Because legal trouble can be expensive outside of hiring a lawyer. He went to bat for me with the DA and the Judge because I fulfilled my promise to keep myself on track. I ended up avoiding jail time all together and I haven't looked back since. Alcohol was a part of my story and I've been sober ever since in part due to Mr. McMurray and his work on my behalf. I am a college student with a cramped/hectic schedule, little prior knowledge of the personal claims system, and a personal claims case that was far more than I could ever manage alone. Mrs. Nordstrand and her associates were not only pleasant to work with but hard working and extremely helpful!

Bradford Brown did a wonderful job on my case. I was in a really bad boating accident and had lots of medical bills. The accident happened right after I had been laid off and so I couldn't work right away. I was in bad physical and financial shape.
I met Brad after interviewing 3 or 4 other lawyers and I had the most positive intuition about him and his team. I inquired around Santa Barbara and heard good things as well. Brad did a great job negotiating the case. He brought in other lawyers for leverage as well as a great mediator.
The staff at Brad's office are always well organized very, responsive and always very positive and upbeat.
Brad and his office took a very traumatic event and made it bearable. The team there was calm and poised when my wife and I were scared. I looked forward to working with him and his team every time we had some business to conduct. I always felt better after I left his office.

Whenever you think about retaining a criminal defense attorney review their track record first and whether they have successfully defended their clients. In Josh’s case, in the major criminal cases he has defended, he hasn’t defended one client successfully in trial. Instead, what you’ll see is his clients pleading to often unfavorable terms—making the DA’s job that much easier while earning attorney fees.
In 2010 Josh unsuccessfully ran for District Attorney. Following his lost he was subsequently fired from his position as a result of his behavior. This is all public record. Josh still remains in close contact with the same prosecutors who supported him during his election run; some whom he should be opposing in representing you his client. All of this remains an inherit conflict of interest.
Recommend considering criminal defense attorneys who have a successfully track record of going to bat for the clients.
