Being in a lawsuit is truly no fun, most aren't familiar with terms used, the process, and realistic expectations of results.
Mr. Henderson, upon first meeting him was very thorough and set the expectations as to what would become of my actual result(s). He made sure to never over-promise and/or likewise under deliver. Although our case did not squarely fit into Michael’s normal realm of personal injury, he welcomed us to his caseload and assisted us in finding what we felt was justice in a complicated case.
When seeking an attorney of any kind, it is likely an emotionally charged and difficult time. Michael has a calming presence and straightforward approach. He was clear about expectations and process which was very helpful and appeased my anxiety.
Michael and his staff were knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly- honest and responsive. I never had to wait to hear from him. He kept me apprised of status at all times. He was straightforward, diligent and steadfast in getting us a fair judgment.

After searching and interviewing countless lawyers, I chose Tad to handle my case. He was genuine, sharp and attentive. Over the duration of the case he walked me step by step on everything I needed to do, what the process would look like, and even how the opposing lawyers were likely to respond.
He was diligent in his work and thought 6 steps ahead at every point in the case. Anytime I had any questions, he answered them and simplified it really well so that I could comprehend what was happening.

Unbelievably poor service . My mother passed well over three years ago. My sister was the Trustee for the trust. I requested copies of my mothers bank statements and was advised that they were Not going to provide them… I.have called and emailed numerous times to get clarification on the remaining fund distribution. I find it amazing that it has taken over three years to settle an uncontested trust. Communication is a great thing and I don’t understand the unprofessional attitude of these folks. I guess the longer they drag it out the more fees they collect. I cannot stand folks that don’t answere calls or emails. Finally, I did get ahold of the paralegal yesterday morning and “ Jonny” stated she would get back to me in one hour. I never received the call…,

In 2022 I had came in and needed their services. I spoke with Julie and It was a tough situation revolving my father that passed away. She told me what they could do and they did their best to help me. I didn't understand certain things at the time and was under a cloud of pain among other things. They still gave me patience and took the time to listen to what had happened. I couldn't get a resolution in my case and retrieve my fathers items to this day, but it was never because of Brockway Law. Roy was very helpful with this case. He was able to make a deal with the judge that I just do work release instead of sitting in jail. He was also able to make a deal with them to put me on informal probation instead of formal. He is an awesome attorney and really cares about his clients. Evan Zelig is the best criminal law attorney in Sonoma county. I had someone wrongfully accused of DV, and we called Evan immediately. He educated us on the law and the likely outcome. The charges were dropped in the interim but Evan still supported us as a courtesy on the hearing date to drop the charges and emailed back later to answer more questions I had. He's very responsive and I like that he helped me understand how the laws work for criminal cases so I could understand what was going on. He has reasonable prices (even though I didn't need to hire him) and a great attitude. Don't look elsewhere if you find yourself or a loved one charged with a criminal charge.

Very disappointed. If this attorney didn't file the lawsuit and then decide to drop me as his client, I would have been a lot better off. It would have been better to let me know from the beginning that he would not represent me. Either do your investigative work and commit, or allow someone to get an attorney who will represent them and believe in their case. Any attorney I would seek now would see he dropped my case and be reluctant to represent me...very disappointed!

When I first consulted with Max Arnold and his staff I knew he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. I was greeted warmly by everyone initially. I had answers to my questions in a timely manner. I feel like my settlement could have been more, but that is not a reflection on Max. Adams Fietz represented me in 2012 when I was involved in a felony hit and run car accident where I was the passenger. We have used Charles Cochran 3 times over the past 15 years and each time he has provided us with effective and knowledgeable assistance. The first time was a case brought against us as a contracting company by an unhappy client. The claims were unreasonable. Usually in this situation there is some sort of compromise, no matter how unfounded the claims. Charlie made everything go away. The second time we were sued by the owner of a company whose board we served on. Again totally unreasonable claims and we won our jury trial case and the counter suit we filed with a substantial amount of money, the largest award in Sonoma County at the time. Thirdly, when we had difficulties with a Landlord/ tenant situation we again turned to Charlie and again he provided us knowledgeable and effective assistance.

Julia Parranto , is professional but kind, she took my case after a insurance company said they would not pay my medical bills. They felt if damaged is under 1000 that you can't be hurt. Ms. Parranto was recommended to me by my bankruptcy attorney after my involvement in a motorcycle collision. Her accomplishments iny case include the following:
1. She obtained the policy limit payouts for me despite the fact that the other car did not hit me or I it. Violating my right-of-way I still avoided impact with his vehicle but struck the ground hard leading to significant injury and a 9 day hospitalization.
2. My covered medical bills were in excess of $100,000. My employer group provider could make claim on the other party insured payout to me up to their out of pocket charges. Ms. Parranto was confident she could at a minimum keep that to no more then 1/3 of my recovery which paid out 5 months after the accident. 8 1/2 months later she released me another 8% of the recovery after concluding negotiations with my health insurer.
Ms. Parranto was also a great resource in teaching me about prudent insurance strategies.
Ms. Parranto has my unreserved endorsement if you need a PI attorney. Her representation of me was professional. She delivered all she said she would and more. She does not over promise.

I explained my situation n they took a part payment deposit. They told me that they will represent me and I dont need to attend the court session. Bob Hubbs is amazing! I can't thank him enough. After dealing with another law firm for 2 years and being passed onto several of their attorneys, I had had it. I called Bob on extremely short notice, as my hearing was fast approaching, and the previous lawyers had done nothing of value. My hearing was 3 years, almost to the day, of filing. Bob got the hearing temporarily postponed, for a couple more months, so he could review all my documentation and properly prepare my case. He was extremely thorough and handled everything for me, including a multitude of things the previous law firm had not done and, to make things worse, they wanted me to do. I can't thank Bob enough. I'm so grateful to have had him represent me. His work was so incredible that 5 minutes before my hearing (video conference due to Covid-19), the ALJ reviewed the extra documentation Bob submitted, they made a ruling in my favor without even continuing with the hearing.
