I retained Stanna Slater to represent me in a matter that seemed minor at the outset, but soon morphed into a dispute over citizens’ rights relying on “plain English” interpretation of State law.
Stanna’s legal arguments based on the equity rights of estoppel – intelligently researched and persuasively articulated – should have led to a quick and equitable compromise resolution of the matter.

Stanna Slater does not quit. That is her genius. She also has an unerring sense of what drives bureaucracies and how to use that to client advantage.
Stanna prevailed where others left off; Lambda Legal, ACLU...none were able to stay the course.
Today I have victory over a four year battle with Social Security Administration to receive my rightful Widow's Survivor Benefits.
At every turn reasons were thrown in our path like nails strewn in the road to halt our progress. Didn't work. We prevailed. And I do mean we, for that is another essential attribute that Stanna processes...she works with the client not in front of our in spite of. This is a strategy that works very well for victory...clients often have just that piece of information that is essential to the next 'win'.

After a several month delay in getting my car repaired after I was rear-ended, I hired this legal firm to help me. What was taking me months to get accomplished on my own, they got the job done and saw that every detail was taken care of. This was the property damage which they don’t receive compensation and they did as a courtesy. I am very impressed with their follow-up and the friendly voices on the phone. I don’t normally use the legal system , but I’m glad to know that this firm is available should I need them again in the future.

Paul does an excellent job with the defense. He is pragmatic and strategic in both his recommendations and his defense of claims. His advice is rock solid, and he is able to boil cases down to the important factors for trial or settlement. Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Due to him I was able to recover from my accident, have proper care, and make a little bit of money to pay off my new car and still have left over. I was the victim of a car accident where the driver blew through a red light and hit me on the passenger side, in which at the time I was 28 weeks pregnant. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!
He was also very pleasant to work with, and very ably explained the topics that we needed to focus on.

Craig was one of many lawyers I interviewed for the wrongful death lawsuit of a family member at an Assisted Living Facility. Last year I was hit with a bogus hyped up charge in Mesa. I was really worried because I have a job and a daughter. No one goes around looking for trouble but sometimes misunderstandings happen. I was unsure about what was going to happen but I was sure about one thing that I wasn't going into court alone. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor.
Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services.
James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices.
I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well.
I should have hired him right away instead of waiting.

Shane Miller changed the trajectory of my life. I was facing three felony charges and he managed to get them reduced to a misdemeanor. Throughout my lengthy case Shane was attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had either by phone or text. I’m not the type of person that takes the time to write reviews for services but in this case I feel compelled to. I’m sure there are other attorneys that are also punctual and professional, but I felt that Shane cared about not only my case, but my well being even when I didn’t care about my own. That’s not my experience with other attorneys and I believe that’s something money can’t buy.

Attorney Shane Miller Cares! He kept me up to date on what was going in my case and court. Making legal decisions that can affect your life forever can be extremely stressful. Shane was able to reduce my stress and let me focus on family and work and allowed me to make the best educated decision on how we should proceed in my case. I retained Stone Rose Law to represent me for a personal injury matter. So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

In January 2017, my husband was involved in a head-on collision due to a driver that ran a red light, then fled the scene on foot. I called Donn based on a personal referral from a coworker.
