I hired Amy in the wave of a very stressful, emotional time as my special needs son was facing some serious charges for a bad night of dysregulation. From the beginning Amy was a calming, reassuring presence. She was responsive to all my questions, gave specific advice and helped me understand the process of Juvenile justice very clearly. Today I have victory over a four year battle with Social Security Administration to receive my rightful Widow's Survivor Benefits.
At every turn reasons were thrown in our path like nails strewn in the road to halt our progress. Didn't work. We prevailed. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.
Part of the case included making a winning and precedent-setting argument before the AZ Supreme Court!

Shane Miller changed the trajectory of my life. I was facing three felony charges and he managed to get them reduced to a misdemeanor. Throughout my lengthy case Shane was attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had either by phone or text. I’m not the type of person that takes the time to write reviews for services but in this case I feel compelled to. I’m sure there are other attorneys that are also punctual and professional, but I felt that Shane cared about not only my case, but my well being even when I didn’t care about my own. Shane was referred to me after a car accident that happened my senior year of high school. Right after the accident Shane took the time to explain how the procedure worked and to not stress about our medical expenses and to focus on getting better. Following the accident I attended physical therapy for three months and saw four total physicians. Shane took detailed account of all of the expenses and physicians. Although the process took some time Shane was very detailed. Any time I had questions or needed to reach out he was there to follow up with me. I was very happy with how smooth this case was and I’m very happy with the results he got me from my case. I’d recommend his services to anyone that needs help after an accident. Last year I was hit with a bogus hyped up charge in Mesa. I was really worried because I have a job and a daughter. No one goes around looking for trouble but sometimes misunderstandings happen. I was unsure about what was going to happen but I was sure about one thing that I wasn't going into court alone. My Electrical Contracting Company was owed a lot of money from an out of state General Contractor.
Thru the customer defaulting on the payment and then shut down because of covid I was not paid for my services.
James was able to negotiate a deal with the General Contractor and set up a payment plan to recover my past due invoices.
I am sure without his services it would not have turned out so well.
I should have hired him right away instead of waiting.

So I was locked up on a trumped up charge for DUI and indecent exposure. Mr. Curry was able to get the indecent exposure charge dropped when a convenience store camera he subpoenaed showed that my genitalia was not exposed. Furthermore, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced to a 6 month suspended sentence since there were no credible witnesses or evidence proving I was driving over the curb. This dude kicks serious butt!

I selected this law firm solely based on convenience and lack of research, my fault. Their staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with; I will give them that. However, as my attorney, Brice was not a good fit for my case.
My case involved one minor child. The goal was to have the ability to move out of state with my child. Brice had ample information and time to prepare a rock solid case on my behalf. Well, he did not do that. He went into court very unprepared, had a very sloppy and weak cross examination. He failed to mention very pertinent details involving my child and her father. Didn’t highlight the benefits for the move. I could go on and on, but ultimately I was highly disappointed with Brice’s service and out 30k. Do your research before selecting any firm!

In January 2017, my husband was involved in a head-on collision due to a driver that ran a red light, then fled the scene on foot. I called Donn based on a personal referral from a coworker.
