I had a bad car accident for there first time ever back in December 2023. Kirk Rankin and his wonderful and amazing associate Bach-Yen did so much for me. They were able to help with getting the needed chiropractor treatment, car rental to get to work and home, and full repairs on my damaged car. Bach-Yen is who was assigned to my case and her patience and professionality is impeccable. Though I had a million things keeping me busy with work, Bach-Yen was consistent in following up with me and trying to get best compensation possible. She took the time to explain how the case I was in involved works and always asked if I had any more questions. They are very clearly on your side all of the time and not focused on their bottom line. I hope I do not need lawyer for situation like I need one in the first place, however if I do... I know exactly I can call and rely on.

Joel Duboff.. what can I say about this man? Great attorney, funny, determined, confident and not intimidated. He has a great office team and when you get there, they’ll treat you just like a family member. You worry about payment when you think about bringing him a case? Don’t! As long as you are able to stick to your promise, he got you with a payment plan.
I was charged with assault-second degree on 3 counts and my case was dropped yesterday because he knew how to handle it and how to talk to the judge. Thus, I walked out clean with zero charges! Throughout the preparation of my trial, Mr. Duboff and I along with his office team worked together. He would listen to me every time we spoke and he’s always ready to answer my phone calls. Mr. Williams, Esq., was very sensitive to the fact that I loss my sister and now have Guardianship of her son that happens to be the sole heir of her Estate, he is very knowledgeable and has been prompt in filing all required documents. There were continuing issues with my divorce that continued for 10 years. My original lawyer was no longer working on these issues. I consulted 2 other lawyers to help solve the outstanding issues. I hired one of them. A resolution required me to go back to court and I wanted a lawyer to help me with this. Both attorneys contacted recommended an adversarial approach. After 10 years, I just wanted to end it.
Ms. Karkowsky understood my feelings and was supportive of my plans. She advised me on the necessary procedures and helped with the paperwork. She accompanied me into court. She was always available for questions and moral support. She helped clarify any outstanding issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing legal advice.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case.
