Jared Matz and his team are the greatest! This was me and my husband's first time ever, dealing with a situation where we had to get a lawyer involved. There were some trying times where we began to get a bit anxious and frustrated. Bills were piling up fast, and we just wanted things to be wrapped up quickly. I even felt at times that Jared forgot about us when we didn't hear from him. But with much prayer, God helped us to be patient. I had to realize that Jared was doing everything to help us. We trusted him and his team to handle not just 2 separate claims, but also 2 separate settlements for each of us. We're so grateful and thankful that we put our trust in the right Law Firm. Jared and his team here at Matz Injury Law Firm, went above and beyond to fight for us and we were extremely pleased with the end result. Just a few days shy of 2 years since our accident, we received our settlements. It was definitely worth the wait. What I learned from this experience is to just let our lawyer do his job and not interfere. He knows what he's doing and he has our best interests at heart. I contacted Matz Law Firm by leaving a message and received a return call promptly from attorney Jared Matz. We agreed that I would send accident specifics via email. Upon receipt, he contacted me immediately, offering his opinion and advice. He was very thorough and explained the financial and legal considerations for each decision. The title says it all. From the first phone call to the settlement, Lloyd Pont and his staff have been with us through the post accident ordeal, using the court when the insurance company refused to settle. My former attorney had withdrawn from my auto accident case and I contacted Attorney Hawkins to take over the case. He called me personally reassuring me that he was highly qualified to represent me in this matter making plan to sign on as my attorney. This after many other attorneys refused to take this case. When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. Without him I don't think we would be near this prepared for our upcoming court date. It is nice to know there are people who do this job because they genuinely want to help others. I hired Randy to handle a wrongful death case as he was referred to me. Best decision ever!! He was extremely respectful and caring the years it took to fight (Major slow down within the court system due to Covid). If he didn’t answer my call, he always promptly called me back. Being I had never been in an auto accident. I did not know what to do. I was kept informed all the way of what this firm was doing in my accident case. I always had someone, (Michelle and Sarah) answer any questions I had when I called. I never waited , They were always there.
