For over 3 years I was embroiled in a complicated litigation as the Defendant. I met with Robert Hahn for a consultation. The first thing I noticed was the bold copy of the U.S. Constitution on the wall, as a honorably discharged Veteran it made me think Robert was the right Lawyer for me. After he reviewed my case, I was impressed right away with the fact that Robert was able to explain bankruptcy in a way that I could understand, based on my particular case. At one point Robert's attention to detail caught a payment issue that I had overlooked.
Robert's staff was always attentive, courteous, and responsive. When I made the decision to fight the case Robert & Kathy made sure all the items needed were in place in case things went bad. Look no Further! I do not even know how to start or express my sincere Gratitude for this family ran law firm. If your like me you have spent hours/days to try and find someone to hear you out, once you finally get a meeting, you feel hesitant because you feel like most of the other firms are there to treat you like a number and another paycheck.
:ets put it this way, My L&I Claim Manager said this, Todd and his Law firm is unique among the rest of them and its unheard of for most law firms once they lock you into a contract to be willing to be consistent, as responsive and willing to do what's ethically and morally right for you. I had my workers compensation claim approved quickly with the help of Todd and his family (Law firm) compared to when I was trying to do it on my own it was like pulling teeth. Which don't do it, it really adds insult to injury and the extra stress makes the recovery even harder.
I had blown out my lower back on the job but I think the injury doesn't matter as some lawyers say they are experts for your specific injury and others may not be. IMO this is an attempt to convince you to go with them but Todd Doran has the experience and any case relevant to Washington Workers compensation or an L&I claim is relevant to his practice in my opinion because ethics and understanding play a greater weighted roll when your talking about life changing injuries and looking for someone to help you for the long term.
I could say more but it would become a book and I wasn't paid to write this, I was represented by Todd Doran and his Law office and truly appreciated what he did for me. I wish his google page was at the top of the list when you search, Workers Compensation lawyers Spokane wa because it would have saved me about a week of calling around and going through the riga-morol of vetting the good, bad and the righteous.

I slipped and fell on ice at a business that didn't take precautions for their patrons safety on the sidewalks or parking lot. I was hurt quite badly. I was treated rudely by the manager and made to feel like it was my fault I fell and was humiliated! My sister convinced me to call an attorney for advise because of my injuries. I looked up attorneys and made a call. I told him what happened and he said that Lloyd Herman is the attorney I need to get in contact with. I called him and right away he took action. The very next day he went out to the place I fell and took pictures of where I fell. He could prove that the grounds had ice and snow build up and was not safe for the people walking on it. He had me see the doctors I need to see for my injuries and at times drove me to my appointments. He was absolutely wonderful. Lloyd Herman and his staff treat you like family and honestly care about what you are going through. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a lawyer and a good person, smart, knows exactly what to do and does it. If you need to make a call it only takes one! Lloyd Herman. ONE CALL THATS ALL! So glad I did! By the way he won the case for us!

My case seemed to be impossible with having been turned down by 6 other law firms since the auto accident and the deadline to file an insurance claim only days away. The first attorneys told me “we don’t see this case as being reasonable”, and the others asked, “why did you wait so long”, all of which were incredibly frustrating. I had been to numerous Doctor Appointments and referred to a variety of Specialists. There were countless Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy appointments. I was prescribed an array of medications and had a regiment of at home exercises, ice pack and heating pad treatments with nothing helping the pain I was in. I really felt hopeless about my case and my physical injuries ever improving. My fiancé, seeing my discouragement, called Lloyd Herman and Associates. Rob represented me when a negligent driver ran a red light. I did not see it coming and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision. The collision happened while I was on the job. Since the case happened while I was on the job we had to deal with the insurance company for workman’s comp and the insurance company who represented the negligent driver.
The process was very complicated and I was totally confused and frustrated after trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was clear that they were not there to help me. I hired the firm of Crary, Clark Domanico & Chuang and I was amazed how quickly they took control of my case, stood up to the insurance companies and got my case resolved. I trusted their advice and we were able to take all the available insurance coverage from the negligent driver and get me back to work. I was walking in a neighborhood below my house when I was attacked by two German Shepard dogs. One bite me hard on my leg and broke the skin. I was dazed and in pain and called my husband who immediately came to pick me up. I called Animal Control and gave the officer all the required information. A few days later, I contacted Attorney, Rob Crary. He came highly recommended through mutual friends and associates. I was advised to seek legal action because these dogs attacked unprovoked and were loose.
My initial conversation with Attorney, Rob Crary and Tami, his assistant was very through and professional. I was informed in a timely manner and kept up to date as to the status of my case throughout the entire legal process. I found Rob Crary to be a very skilled, knowledgeable and effective attorney.
