I was blessed to work with attorney/judge Barber, his wife Patti and Darla. I gained a remarkable respect for both the professionalism and humanitarianism practiced in this firm. Leaving my job here, for an advanced position I felt led to take at that time, I still cried the whole way home and pray to this day that I was led along the right path. Mr. Barber is an attorney whose caliber surpasses all others. That's said from a legal support staff with 20+ years experience.
During my time employed by him, I learned how it was our job to ensure that the law enforcement and DAs jobs were getting done. No stone was to be left unturned in defense of our clients...right or wrong. Every person is entitled to a defense...right or wrong. He gave it his all and we all slept well no matter what the case.

Mr. Barber and his team were extremely helpful and friendly during my case. This was my first time dealing with the law, and they cared for my nervous needs. His secretary is absolutely splendid. I hope this doesn't find you too late, but i've been dealing with alot since even before my move so I hope you'll forgive the delay. Samuel Derocco did an awesome job getting to know my difficult situation and working with me to help as much as he could. I had some issues with my license (to put it simply) which I ended up in court for for months. This was a HUGE problem because I was in the midst of moving across country. My husband was already there waiting for me and his 6mo old to join him. I was living with family in the meantime. He listened to my story and spoke genuinely on my behalf working with the court officials to find the best legal way to handle this. He was very knowledgeable, even on the out of state laws. I seriously cried at how well things came out for me and the compassion and understanding shown in regards to my case. Leslie represented me against an insurance agency following a car accident. I hired to April to represent me in an ongoing divorce case that had already been established but was not yet final.
